SUB HEAD - I (SUPPLY ITEM)

SUPPLY OF AHU-CEILING MOUNTED -DX TYPE

1. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning (I/c Handling/Transportation) of Factory built Horizontal Ceiling Suspended Airhandling units having following specifications: Frame Structure shall consist of 45 mm Extruded Aluminium with thermal break profile of 45 mm +/- 1mm thick double skin sandwidch panels with Rockwool insulation of density 60 kg/cum .The sheet thickness shall be minimum 1.00 mm for the outer skin and 0.8 mm thickness for the inner skin of GI . Filtration Section shall be provided with single stage washable type of 'G4 ' pre-filter.DX type coil Multi row deep constructed with Aluminium fins of minimum 0.11mm thickness and copper tubes of minimum 26G thickness. Copper tube shall be 9.6 mm or 12.5 mm diameter. The coil face area velocity shall not exceed 2.5 m/sec. The coil should be provided with Hydrophilic coating.Condensate drain pan shall be fabricated from 18G SS 304 powder coated, insulated with 13 mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation. Direct drive backward curved EC fan ( Electronically commutated ) with permanent magnet brushless DC motor for stepless variation of speed of fan based on temperature sensor inputs. The fan section shall be provided with limit switch for safety to shut off fan during Opening of access door. Inbuilt Electrical starter Panel with Auto /Manual switch and incomer power terminal. Instrumentation Kit to be provided to give out the following option: 1. Supply air temperature 2. Return air temperature Controller module with RS 485 port compatible with BMS, on board protocol . Microprocessor Controller to be provided in separate box. Inverter Condensing unit/ outdoor unit of minimum 12.5 TR capacity (to perform upto 48 deg.C Ambient) shall be suitable for integration with the indoor unit and having capacity -7000 CFM (T.S.P: 50 mmWG) DX-TYPE with indoor conditions -20+/-2 deg.C (Refrigerant R407c/410a, Outdoor unit motor protection should be of IP-54 category). It includes indoor and outdoor unit stand/support and Minor civil works, wall opening, cheasing etc.

SUPPLY OF PRECISION ACs

2. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning (I/c Handling/Transportation) of direct expansion microprocessor based bottom discharge precision ac units as per the specifications complete with sandwich panels,air cooled condenser with stepless variable speed fans for winter operation, scroll compressor/s, evaporator coil with hydrophilic coating, Electronically Commutated brushless motor backward curved plug fan/s, Electronic/Thermostatic Expansion Valve, environment friendly refrigerant (R407c/ R410a), electric heater/s, variable capacity auto-modulating humidifier, built in oil separators and vibration isolators. Motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply. Outdoor unit motor protection should be of IP-54 category, and should be weather proof. Auto sequencing of the units for equal run time should be integral part of the micro-processor. Capacity -17TR. It includes Indoor and Outdoor unit stand, MS angle support for PAC, sequencing cabling, charging of gas and Minor civil works, wall opening, cheasing etc. R/A Temp 19 Deg. C+/-1 Deg.C / RH 50%+/- 10 Ambient 48 degree celcius.

Sub Head - II (Supply and Low Side work)

A. AHU-CEILING MOUNTED -DX TYPE

1. Supply and installation of copper piping of 18G thickness (Size 1/18 inch and 7/8 inch)

2. Supply and installation of control cable (size 10Cx1sqmm copper armoured)

3. Supply and installation of power cable (size 4Cx16sqmm copper armoured)

4. Drain piping CPVC/UPVC with necessary fittings

(a) 50 mm dia

(b) 40 mm dia

5. Conventional site Fabricated ducts Supply, Fabrication, Installation and Testing of sheet metal ducts in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications. Ducts shall be fabricated using lock forming machine.The ducts shall be insulated with 13 mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation.

(a) 0.63 mm (24 gauge) GSS

(b) 1.0 mm (20 gauge) GSS

6. Supply, Installation , Testing of Aluminum powder coated supply air Floor Grilles with VCD, suitable to handle the 100Kg/ UDL

7. Supply, Installation of Aluminum powder coated supply & retrun air diffusers with VCD

8. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GI Volume control Damper with Actuators suitable for torque to operate the VCD. It shall be mount on AHU Supply Air outlet (UL 55/UL 555)

9. Supply , Installaton of Gypsum ceiling/ducting wooden panelling with fully finish as per existing asthetic & approved colour painting to cover the exposed ducting (I/c dismantling if any).

10. Supply & installation of MCCB 100A , it shall mount on existing electrical panel

11. Factory test as specified.

B. PRECISION AC

1. Indoor to outdoor copper piping (Size 1/18 inch and 7/8 inch) for DX units with cable tray and sleeve insulation on copper pipe

2. Control cabling between indoor to out door unit w/o cable tray(4Cx2.5sqmm copper armoured)

3. Supply and installation of GI Bare Dampers with Actiuators for PACs

4. Power Cable indoor unit to Isolater/MCCB (size 4C x 16sqmm copper armoured)

SUB HEAD - III

1. All Inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of AHU and PAC etc complete as installed and commissioned in the above section of SOQ/BOQ for the peiod of 05 years after DLP of 01 year :
