SPL REPAIR TO ROAD INSIDE 488(I) SUP PL ASC AND INTERNAL ROAD INSIDE ALAO AT MIL STN GAYA UNDER GE GAYA

M & L Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm mtrs, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well ramming depth of pot holes excs 30mm (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms or by road dust cleaning machie and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specifed and directed. (Note: Rate included for removing grass, vegitation/scum on black top surfaces grass, root & vegetation/scum complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cleaning should be done through air-compressor.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat using bituminous primer @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat using bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weightof total mix rolled and compactyed to required camber and gradient complete with vibrator roller and 8 to 10 tonne static roller all as specified and directed. Note : Mix shall be from hot mix plant spreading through mechinical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.0mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Thickness 1.0mm shall be exclusive of glass bends as per IRC : 35.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as pernmanufactures instructions etc including dismantiling of existing cat eye complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 inluding dismantiling of existing dealinator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantiling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape, any description on thickness and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete tyepe B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in path/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete colour interlocking paver block With Grey With Cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

All as per items no 14 but relaying of old paver tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete kerb stone (factory made) in M-25 (Design mix) type B1, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
