Demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-06 but except bricks(brick obtained from item no-01 above) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing Liquid conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

M & L for RCC type M-25 mix using 20mm graded aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type M-25 mix using 20mm graded aggregates as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type M-25 mix using 20mm graded aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, work in rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams , and similar work, vertical or to batter, work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc., cut to within 20mm of the length indicated, quality confirming to GDE Fe-410-S
