Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Landing 'H' direction indicator complying with ICAO & CAR standards consisting of three rectangular Aluminium limbs having length of 4000 mm each supported with 50mm dia Aluminium pipe of 1350mm length & frangible coupling with flanges, 9/10 watt LED lamp fixtures with glass dome(minimum IP 65) and lamps for each limb, each circuits to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply, providing control unit with suitable control transformer, Relay, Contactor, copper wiring upto Junction Box etc. as required for remote operation of landing 'T' from CCR Hall as well as from control tower, connections/ interconnections, civil foundations for each legs along with MS anchor base plate, casting pedestal up to 1mtr outside all around the landing 'H' with 1:2:4 cement concrete of 100mm thick and neat finish top etc. complete as required at following station: Aligarh / Azamgarh / Moradabad / Muirpur / Shrawasti Airport

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of frangible & externally illuminated Wind Direction Indicator conforming to ICAO & CAR standards and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz single phase supply and consist of following as required at the given stations: (a) 4.5 mtr high FRP frangible pole/mast of red/white colour. The frangibility shall conforming to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-VI/FAA guidelines. (b) Wind sock cone should have a length of not less than 3.60 m and diameter, at larger end, of not less than 0.90 m as per technical specifications. (c) Illuminating indicator with Four nos. 20 watt LED lamps with lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. (d) One no. LED aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome, internal wiring, provision for remote control operation. (e) Providing and laying 1:2:4 Cement Concrete founation for installation of WDI and casting pedestal all around upto 7.5 m radius with 100mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete & neat finish top surface as per OEM recommendations & as per direction of EIC for the following stations: Aligarh / Azamgarh / Moradabad / Muirpur / Shrawasti Airport

SITC of portable type Digital Electronic weighing scale of 200 Kgs capacity with double display and having 600mm X 600mm MS Platform, load cells, Digital Indications, division of 20gms minimun alongwith plateform base structures and other accessories etc. suitable to operate on 230V, 50Hz AC power supply or battery of 6V, 4.5 Ah for Check in counters including calibration & stamping by state authority, complete as required at following station: Aligarh / Azamgarh / Moradabad / Shrawasti Airport

Supply of 4 core x 16 sq.mm. XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured aluminium cable, 1100 V as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto date amendments complete, as required.

Supplying and laying of PN 6, 63 mm outer dia HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 100 mm dia GI pipe, Class 'B' for crossing of roads & pathways i/c cutting, jointing with coupler etc. as required direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench and making good the same, complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE, 1.1 KV grade aluminium armoured upto 35 sq.mm power cable in the existing HDPE/MS /Hume pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4x16 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 4 x 16 sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
