SPL REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL AND PROVN OF ROOF TREATMENT IN BLDG No. NP-7 OF 758 FD WKSP IN AOR OF AGE BR-II UNDER GE (W) PATHANKOT

Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed brick work surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 5 here-in-before but expect brick work.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only `Liquid Water Proofing Compound. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified

M&L for complete removing existing treatment of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge ..

M&L for mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for Cement Concrete , 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintel upto 1.50 m span, cills, steps, seismic and other silmilar bands, plinth courses, sring courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upt 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troghs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or camphered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Punched tape concertina coil fencing with concertina coil of 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm incl securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or pins etc incl taking out old worn out concertina in any position and in any height complete all as specified and directed

Restraining resecuring including making good staples the old galvanised steel barbed wire any dia incl securing or tying at crossing as directed, including galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge ..

M&L for preparing old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width/girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as shrubs/roots, fungus, moss, dust including plaster, APP membrane etc. including disposal of debris out of MoD land, in following procedure : (a) Prepare the surface by cleanining with concrete surface grinder/ wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil and loose particles. Damaged portions, hollow area must be repaired with epoxy mortar and repair cracks of old concrete by cutting 'V' groove, corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. treated with epoxy mortar prepared with epoxy primer (as per manufacturer's instructions). (b) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (c ) Applying three coats of polyurea waterproofing coating as per manufacturer's instructions for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx. 500% ± 50% and tensile strength at 14 days of 5MPa. (e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note:- minimum 6 hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained) (f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note:- (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 9,300.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
