Dismantaling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in frames of doors, windows & ventilators

Providing scraping old paints with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding, materials labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantalling tile flooring with materials labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old grading concrete from roof slab,cleaning the surface,lowering and removing the debris etc.witin 50mt. lead from working area etc.

4.0 cm thick grading concrete with C.C.(1:2:4) on roof slab using 6 mm size h.g.chips with watering curing cost carriage of all materials labourT&P etc.complete

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0"x2'0" with 12mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles in floors of approved make laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of size 300x200/200x200mm having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using clamp burnt bricks (25 Cm. x 12Cm. x 8Cm.) in foundation and plinth.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints12mm deep and removing debric 50mt. Lead (Outside)

12 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) including watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc.

16mm.thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

Priming one coat with approved Water Bound Wall cement Primer on Plastered Surface in Ground Floor with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with any approved shade including cost of distemper etc

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete. including cost,lead etc.of all materilas including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats to old wood work including cost,lead etc.of all materilas for old works
