Sch 'A' Part - I Dismantling and taking out goods lifts of capacity 2000Kg/ each in G+3 yard building with all the old and unserviceable materials such as lift car guide rail, bracket counter weight, electric motor and gear box, control panel etc and all other accesoories from the lift shaft and lift room complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (i) Before carrying out dismatling work of a particular lift the contractor shall first procure the entire material required for installation of new lift after the contractor shall obtain permission from Engineer-in-charge to carryout dismantling of the existing lift in BV yard. (ii) Old unservicable BER lift handed over to MES store yard

Design supply install testing & commissining 2000 Kg goods lift, speed 0.5 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS-14665 and as amended, suitable to serve G+3 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation without attendant, two nos opening on opposite sides of lift having centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism) sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in annoucing system without hand set (03 Nos one each in car, machine room & near ground floor landing door) complete all as spcified .

Each lift shall have two centre opening sliding doors suitable for existing opening of door size : Width - 1.70 mtr, Height - 2.04 mtr. (ix) Car Enclosures : Standard manufacturing with MS Sheet Platform & Stainless steel, hairline finish paneling of 1.5 mm thick, with 06/09 watt LED light -04 Nos, Cabin Fan 300mm sweep with auto start function ( incl wiring with suitable stranded copper conductor cable FRLS), stainless steel false ceiling of 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, stainless steel hand rail etc. (x) Terminal buffers : Special spring buffers as per manufacturer's design. (xi) Door opening : Suitable for existing openin of size1400 mm wide x 2000 mm height. (xii) Car & CWT guide :Machined Tee for Car 125x 89 x 16 mm and CWT 70 x 65 x 9 mm

(xiii) Flooring : aluminium chequred sheet flooring 5mm thick (xiv) Signal System : Combined luminous hall push button with (LCD) TFT hall position indicators with stainless steel hairline face plate at all floors, LCD/VFD Car position indicator in car and over load warning in the car. One No. car operating panel with stainless steel hairline with etched borders and luminious button in car.Car direction indicator in car and landing. Battery operated Alarm bell and Emergency light along with inverter of suitable capacity having back up for a period of minimum 1/2 hour( 30 minutes). Fireman switch at ground floor. All signal fixture and COP will have stainless steel face plate. multi beam sensor safety edge of door for entire height.. Built in announcing system without hand set. (xv) Car indicator : Shall be proivided with audio announcing system with music. (xvi) Stop and Opening : 4 Stops and 8 Openings all on the opposite side. (xvii) Emergency services :- (a) Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD), to be operating with maintenace free batteries to bring the car to the nearest floor level and auto opening for evacuation of passengers in the event of power failure. Make :- as per OEM (make OEM to cerfify as original manufacturer of M/C and certral panel specification) (b) Overload Relays, Contactor and Fuses, Electrical terminals of high quality, Limit switch with accessories on each floor, Gravity Counter weight as well as over hoisting/ over lowering limit switches for top most position and Phase sequence corrector. (xviii) System backup function : (a) Hall call mallfunction recovery system, individual signal malfunction recovery system, (b) Individual control malfunction recovery system

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab machine cut mirror polished in clading with chamfered/rounded edged approved decorative design including necessary PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized plate electrode of size 600 X 600 X 3.15 mm, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level, connected to earth strip 25 X 4 mm aluminium strip by means of check nuts, bolts, washers etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to lifts including PCC eath pit with CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 50mm dia for earth lead and 20mm GI pipe for watering, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcol and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge including testing on completion.

Supply and lay aluminium strip of size 25 x 3mm from test point to lift machine room to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, aches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone agg ) as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 3 rd floor of bldg incl scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. Hard concrete should not be removed by force complete all as specified by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB or equivalent specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.(Rates includes jacketing, formwork and micro concrete) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick /concrete sufaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Materials Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding and rounding complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors ; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) incl one shop coat of zinc chromate primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

All as per Item No 26 above but fixing only complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, valley gutter, ridge and fixed with crumple joint etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames but n exc 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood (sal) plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made 2nd class HW rail & stile plain framed , panelled shutter ( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 ( Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium of various section as required for doors, window & partion etc including fixing and making the frames hinges to receive glass/wire gauge etc. Complete incl all fittings like rubber beading, clips locking arrangement, handle, tower bolt for shutter, sealant etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section as requird manufactured by M/S Decogrill as per design No DG- 104, 7.5 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel stapple etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm inheight, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty and primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

All as per Item No 41 above but as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaes of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces in walls soffits, facia roof and applying 2 coats of weather proof acrylic based paint 100% arylic over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly wooden surfaes of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Part-II Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lifts of any make and installed capacity against Sch'A' Item 2 with a carrying capacity of goods lifts (2000 Kg) to 3rd Floor (G+03 floors) with a speed of 1.0 mtr/sec with gearless permanent magnet type single speed motor & AC variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF) control automatic leveling device to bring the lift car to exact landing level.Simplex automatic operation with or without attendent including power operated,center opening stainless steel sliding door & landing door shutters with stainless steel hair line finish & indicators at each floor,total 02 Nos Lifts in G+3 for four years at BV yard, Colaba Mumbai complete all as specified and directed in following situattions:-

First Year after expiry of defect liability period

Second Year after expiry of defect liability period

Third Year after expiry of defect liability period

Fourth Year after expiry of defect liability period

Note 48.01 to 48.04 :- (a)Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) as per existing rules a and regulation given by govt and department and maintain all the lifts in seviceable condition 24 Hrs x 365 days without any extra cost. (b) After expiry of the defects liabilty period of 24 (months) from the certified date of completion of work , the Government reserves the right to order the contractor to carry out Comprehensive Maintenance services of the lift provided by him in accordance with terms and conditions detailed and specifications enclosed thereoff. In the event of Govt exercising the above right, the terms of comprehensive maintenance service contract shall be for a period of four years. Total period of comprehensive maintenance service contract of the lift shall be for four years from the expiry date of the defects liability period. (c) This contract shall be operative for the period of four years after expiry of defect liability period only for the purpose of Comprehensive Maintenance of the lifts. (d) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (e) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its fucntions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (f) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (g) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department.

(h) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (j) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (k) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (l) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (m) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (n) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenace & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.
