   Only manufacturer of the same or similar item or their authorized dealer with tender specification authorization from OEM can participate. Offer of the firm other than manufacturer or authorized tender specific dealer of manufacturer will be summarily rejected.

   The item/Brand/Make should possess BIS/ISI or CE or FDA certification and firm to submit valid supporting documents/certificates. If the condition is not applicable for the subject item, the firm should indicate the same in their offer. The applicability or waival of this conditions is at the discretion of Railways which will be final.
