SR to Pallei to Kanipada Road in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum & stoney earth & gravel mixed with boulders with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, dewatering from foundation including hire & running charges of pumps if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge, below bed level.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand in the foundation and approach road including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4 cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Gr-III

Supplying all materials Labour T&P for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat over prepared surface using 60/70 grade bitumen removal of binding materials with wire brushes etc. complete for finished item of work including all cost of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles including all cost of all materials, labour, royality to site as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge etc complete.

Providing 6 mm thick pre coated seal coat type "B" laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using 6.70 mm size CBHG chips of 0.06 cum and bitumen of 60/70 grade @ 6.80 kg for 10 sqmt including hire and running charges of PRR and all other T&P articles including labour, cost conveyance, royality, taxes and all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in embankment in oridinary soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
