Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block massonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and settings in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including provision of cement concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC valveless, 10 ltrs, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china bowl urinal flat back full stall type white (excluding flushing cistern flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with pedestal incl brackets alongwith 32mm dia CP waste coupling and waste pipe for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railling 60 cm long screw and cup washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles dark shade (square /rectangular) exterior grade heavy duty polished area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floors laid over and incl. 20mm thick CM (1:6) screed bed jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.53.00 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado laid over and incl. a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles light shade (square /rectangular) polished area of each tiles nexc 0.36 sqm in floors laid over and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) screed bed jointed with neat cement slurry and painted with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint, anti fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade including primer coat on new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm of wall care putty all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and treated with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint exc 10 cm width or girth over one coat of primer (Red oxide Zinc chrome) all as specifed and as directed.
