Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth Pick work upto all leads and lifts. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Boulder filling under the floors complete in all respect.including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HP PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

(B).columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(C). beams cantilevers girders and lintels side and soffit of beams ,beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth / heights /thickness including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

(D).Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. ( i). Floors etc., upto 200mm( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(e). Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits including landings etc.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(f). Edges of slab, chajjas etc. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(g). Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and like i/c attached buttresses, pillasters, plith and string courses and the like including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

(d). stair cases(except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including the preparing of the surface and finishing upto all heights including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(e). Mouldings as in cornices windows, sills, facia etc. not exceeding 15cm in girth/thickness including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(f). Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre (zero point ten meter thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etcetera from top of foundation in all depth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) upto all height 1st Class Bricks including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 1st class bricks.

Providing Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor all height using first class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. As per HPPWD specifications. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a)For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing toughned glass glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket and including aluminium U section etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) glazing with glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

6mm (Six milimetre) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement is to four Sand) in all floor level. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)mixed with 10% finely grounded hyderated lime by volume of cement including arriss,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. Natural cement finish using ordinary cement. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of machine made/wire cut brick tiles on faces of walls on a base of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 in proper line, level,regular, straight, (horizontal & vertical grooves, 5mm wide & 3mm deep) as per direction of the engineer-in-charge complete. (Pioneer tiles) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete.including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:- With white enamel paint.or other than white including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 800mmx800mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid with spacers laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Kota stone slab flooring and skirting 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm thick of size 55 x 55 cm.including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Kota stone slab 25 mm thick in risers of steps,skirting dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Digital wall tiles 6 mm ( six millimetre) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado of size 30×60cm nitco or its equivalent of approved make and size 12mm ( Twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointing with neat cement slurry including carriage of material in all leads and liftrs :-( size thirty centimetre into twenty centimeter) as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic anti skid tiles 5.5mm.thick in flooring (400 x400mm. size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying chequered tile 25mm thick laid on cement concrete 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) under layer for plinth protection (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing in Position approved Qualtiy Tiles Over RCC Roofs on a base of 12mm Thk. Cement Mortar 1:4 with Continuous, Regular, Straight Grooves Both Ways (3mm Wide and 2mm Deep) with White Coloured Pavit Make Eco Tiles of Size (300 X300 X 10mm) used for Reducing the Heat Radiation on Roof Surface and Cool Down the Temprature of Area beneath. Eco Tile with SRI (Solar Reflectance index) Value 86 to Reduce Heat on the Surface to be used, When Solar Radiation Is incident on their Surface. the Rate Quoted will be for Work at all Heights / Levels / Locations and will be Executed as per Manufaturers Specifications including the Cost of all Types of Operations & materials. the Grooves to be Filled Properly with Epoxy Grout, Whole Work will be done as per the Direction of the Engineer in Charge.( rate should including cost of epoxy grout)including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Brushbond Acrylic Polymer Modified Water Proofing Membrane for Concrete Sufraces (Fosroc Make) as per Manufacturers Specifications at all Heights / Levels / Locations and will be Executed as per directions of Engineer in Charge (all storeys / levels/ location & eights) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. (weight of sheet not less than 15kg/sqm) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fxing Stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. i/c welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, as per drawing on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of engineer-in charge. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
