SUB-HEAD II SITC OF FEEDER PILLAR BOX

Design, Manufacture, testing, supply and commissioning of Double door outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments,suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts, fabricated as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)

SUB-HEAD III : SITC OF LT CABLE

Supplying & Delivery of one number 1.1 KV Grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable ( Armoured) conforming to IS: 7098 / 1988 with its latest amendment of following size.

a. 4 Core 400 Sq. mm

b. 4 Core 300 Sq. Mm

c. 4 Core 240 Sq. Mm

d. 4 Core 150 Sq. Mm

e. 4 Core 50 Sq. Mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

a. 4 Core 400 Sq. mm

b. 4 Core 300 Sq. Mm

c. 4 Core 240 Sq. Mm

d. 4 Core 150 Sq. Mm

e. 4 Core 50 Sq. Mm

S&F compression type gland complete with Brass Gland, Rubber Rings for dust & moistureproof entry of cables incl. finishing the ends by crimping method incl. S & Fixing Dowells solderless socket, tapes and terminating materials as follows;-

Laying of two cables above 185 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of one cable from 150 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.

Laying of cable above 3½ core 90 sqmm and upto 3½ core 400 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

Above 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire.

From 50sqmm to 150sqmm

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core

Supply & Fixing of perporated GI Cable Tray with perporation not more than 17.5 % suspended from Ciling incld. S & F GI connector 6 MM dia MS suspender bolts and nut, steel fastner etc as required of the following size incld. AL painting of MS support incld. all accessories like bent, tee etc of following size with angle iron support of size 25 X 25 X 3 MM for following size

SUB HEAD IV : SITC OF LIGHT FITTINGS & FANS

Supply & Fixing of 250 volt.48" (1400 mm) sweep A.C. Ceiling fan having safety wire , P2 type capacitor incl. down rod, canopy & fan blades etc. complete with all accessories (without regulator) & having Double Ball Bearing & Low Noise.

S & Delivery 230V 50Hz 400 mm sweep heavy duty full metal body /Decorative type wall bracket fan with all accessories on wall with necy. bolts & nuts. INCL Timer control switch .

Supply & Fixing of 250 volt. 42" (1200 mm) sweep A.C. Ceiling fan having safety wire , P2 type capacitor incl. down rod, canopy & fan blades etc. complete with all accessories (without regulator) & having Double Ball Bearing & Low Noise.

Supply & Fixing of 250 volt. 36" (900 mm) sweep A.C. Ceiling fan having safety wire , P2 type capacitor incl. down rod, canopy & fan blades etc. complete with all accessories (without regulator) & having Double Ball Bearing & Low Noise.

S&Fixing of 240V Single industrial box (thick ness of box should not be less than 22 SWG) type luminaire with CRCA body (Make :- Philips -TMC 501P 1xT-LED22W P3241/ Equivalent of it in all respect of Crompton/Wipro incl S&D 1x 18 watts 4 ft LED tube lamp (Make:- Philips, Cat - Mas LED tube 1200 mm 18W865 T8 I 2100 Lumen.

S&Fixing of 240V Twin industrial box (thick ness of box should not be less than 22 SWG) type luminaire with CRCA body (Make :- Philips -TMC 501P 2xT-LED22W P3241/ Equivalent of it in all respect of Crompton/Wipro having similar specification in all respect). incl S&D 2x 18 watts 4 ft LED tube lamp (Make:- Philips, Cat - Mas LED tube 1200 mm 18W865 T8 I 2100 Lumen )

S& Fixing of 230V 36 watt LED recessed luminaries 2' x 2' recess type corresponding (make-Philips cat no-RC380B LED 36S-6500G5 L60W60 PSU OD or equivalent of all respect for Wipro /Crompton) on fails cellig as per direction of EIC.

S& Fixing of 230V 10watt LED surface mounted square ( 312 mm X 312 mm ) type corresponding (make-Philips cat no-Cirus Mini Pro [ SM 200 C LED 10 S 4000 PSU OD WH ] Equivalent of it in all respect of Crompton/Wipro having similar specification in all respect) for false cellig as per direction of EIC.

S& Fixing of 230V 10watt LED recessed luminaries circular type corresponding - Philips DN295B LED 10S - 6500 PSU WH / Equivalent of it in all respect of Crompton / Wipro .

SUB HEAD V- EARTHING

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection ( 3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts as per GS.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as per GS.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required etc as per GS.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc as per GS.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 25 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc as per GS.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe as per GS.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

a. The rate to be quoted including all taxes and duties.

b. The matetials ro be delivered should be as per approved make as uploaded heewith the tender

c. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

d. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

e. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

f. The agency must prepare & submit planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of main building and Sub-station mentioning the cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in Autocad software in standard symbols and to be presented both in softcopies and hardcopies (5 copies of each set of drawing) in A1 sheets as per direction of the EIC for the following :

1. From the sending end Sub-station to the receiving end main panels of the building and from the main panel upto the TPN DB level.

2. For LC system of Sub-station Bldg

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
