RENOVATION OF ALLOTTED HOUSE NO. 313, 3779, 3792 AND 3808 (TYPE-X F), SECTOR 22, CHANDIGARH (TOTAL 04 NOS.)

Dismantling of ceramic, vitrified tiles carefully and scraping the plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge..

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg kg/sqm. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Single charge vitrified tile of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 x 450mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by providing 2mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying antiskid ceramic floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves consisting of chowkhats frame of golden wood of 2" x 2"section with one additional member with suitable rebate of 1" x 1/2" on outer side for shutter. The shutters are to be provided with 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) with hard wood lipping of size 19 mm x 6 mm all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with handle and magentic catcher. The complete frame is to be fixed with fastnerst, etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with openable shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) lipped with hard wood lipping of size 18mm on exposed edges include cost of piano hinges and handle, magnetic cathcer, nail, screws, synthetic adhesive etc. and fixed in position with help of fastner at wall complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, 4" tower bolts aluminium(ISI marked) 2 nos, 4" handles aluminium (ISI marked) 2 nos. I-hook aluminium (ISI marked)and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" hinges, Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 8", Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
