Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50 mtrs in depth for foundations etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as directed.

Material and Labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified nd directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar as on drains,foothpath etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of newely plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) from MoD land n.exc 1.5km and depositing where as directed

Removing demolished material i.e building material,concrete,stone masonary,debris,tree roots,trunk of ny size to a distance 30km or beyond,out of permises of metropolitan area, incl loading ,unloading ny manuallyy or by mechanical means and to be transportated throufg tractor,trolley/tipper and stacking at the distance where as directed

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and benching and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description not otherwise specifically provided

Supply and Fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

Material and Labour for preparing new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and all as directed.

Material and Labour for Factory Made 100mm thick Precast RCC cover slabs type A1 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) with 10mm dia TMT bars@ 125 C/C bothways minimum compressive strength not less than 25 N/mm2 as in man hole cover,drain cover etc.all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for RCC cover slabs type A1-1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded agg)supported on walls beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like as man hole / drain cover etc.all as directed.

Material and Labour TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inculding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (ennealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix RCC pipe class NP3 450 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars.

Material and Labour concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) for 300 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Rate incl for necessary form work,shuttering and support to concrete for laying bed) .

Material and Labour for hard core of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface all as specified

Material and Labour for moorum filling on berm of road incl watering and ramming all as specified

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm and applying 40mm consolidated thick instant patching premixed bituminous material and making good the surface for movement of traffic all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Desilting of drains including cleaning of shrubs/ bushes, vegetation manually or mechanical means ,removing RCC cover slab and refixing the same by making good if any repairs and removal of desilting material to a distance exe 15.0 Km and deposited where directed . Note :- All desilting sand, shurbs and bushes vegetation shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal , state , and local regulations.

Material and Labour Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm x thickness 15-20cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flusha and all as specified

Material and Labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, foot path, hard standing, etc. all as specified.

Material and Labour for prepolished coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade and including 60mm thick all as specified.

Material and Labour for Sand cushioning under interlocking paver block all as specified and as directed
