REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMERS, VCBS, RMU AND CONNECTED WORKS AT CME UNDER GE (CME) KIRKEE

M & L for filtration/dehydration of transformer oil of transformer voltage grade 11/0.433KV capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA indoor/outdoor type, pole mounted / plinth mounted in situ with mobile transformer filteration machine at site with all required accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filteration of old transformer oil for the desired dielectric strength of 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Test certificate shall be submitted before and after filteration for dielectric strength. 2. Rate of mobile transformer filteration machine will be included in quoted rates.

M & L for top up of new transformer oil low viscoscity, carbonised, EHV grade coforming to IS-335 with the help of filteration machine including drain out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for opening of top cover of transformer in situ or at workshop by unscrewing all nuts, bolts & wahsers, draining out transformer oil upto required level and keeping in clean container for replacement of HT/LT bushings, for lifting of core assembly, for cleanning/repair and refixing complete with new cork sheet gasket, existing/new nuts, bolts & washers for transformer indoor/outdoor type, refilling of oil all as specified and directed for transformer capacity 100KVA to 500 KVA, 11/0.433KV volts grade. (Note :- HT/LT bushings studs, nuts, bolts & washers required will be measured and paid under separate item in BOQ)

M & L for opening of top cover of transformer in situ or at workshop by unscrewing all nuts, bolts & wahsers, draining out transformer oil upto required level and keeping in clean container for replacement of HT/LT bushings, for lifting of core assembly, for cleanning/repair and refixing complete with new cork sheet gasket, existing/new nuts, bolts & washers for transformer indoor/outdoor type, refilling of oil all as specified and directed for transformer capacity 100KVA to 750 KVA, 22/0.433KV volts grade. (Note :- HT/LT bushings studs, nuts, bolts & washers required will be measured and paid under separate item of BOQ)

M & L for replacement of transformer HV porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type in situ/workshop of Dia 135mm suitable for 11000 volts grade complete with brass stud, rubber bush, washers, nuts, check nuts and cork sheet gasket for the rating transformer capacity 100KVA to 250KVA, 11/0.433KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for replacement of transformer HV porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type in situ/workshop of Dia 145mm suitable for 11000 volts grade complete with brass stud, rubber bush, washers, nuts, check nuts and cork sheet gasket for the rating transformer capacity 250KVA to 315KVA, 11/0.433KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for replacement of transformer HV porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type in situ/workshop of Dia 165mm suitable for 11000 volts grade complete with brass stud, rubber bush, washers, nuts, check nuts and cork sheet gasket for the rating transformer capacity 400KVA to 500KVA, 11/0.433KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for replacement of transformer LV porcelain bushing indoor/outdoor type in situ/workshop of Dia 60mm suitable for 1100 volts grade complete with brass studs, rubber bush, washers, nuts checknuts and cork sheet gasket for the rating transformer capacity 100KVA to 200KVA, 11/0.433KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured separately under respective item of BOQ.

Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured separately under respective item of BOQ.

Note : (a) Opening of top cover measured separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Brass stud will be measured separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for replacement of brass stud as per IS 3347/1967 suitable for LV bushing 1100 volts grade with con & rubber washer, double brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for transformer capacity 100KVA to 200KVA all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of brass stud as per IS 3347/1967 suitable for LV bushing 1100 volts grade with con & rubber washer, double brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for transformer capacity 250KVA to 315KVA all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of brass stud as per IS 3347/1967 suitable for LV bushing 1100 volts grade with con & rubber washer, double brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for transformer capacity 400KVA to 500KVA all as specified and directed.

Taking out manually/with crane defective transformer of capacity 100KVA to 630KVA from its position opto road n.exc 30mtr and transportation by vehicle to nearby workshop and re-installation at original position after repair or shifting of transformer from present location to other/original location due to site requirement all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Rate deemed to be included for necessary HT/LT cable/ACSR, earthing connection after installation.

M & L for lifting up carefully transformer core after dismantling carefully terminal connections from core to HT/LT bushings, tap changer assembly, drain out all oil and keeping in clean container, dismantling all HT & LT coils from core for rewinding and reassembling complete with HT/LT coils to core, required necessary numax paper insulation, insulating press board, precompressed board size of 6mm/3mm/1.5mm/1mm varnishing, insulating press board, precompressed board size of 6mm/3mm/1.5mm/1mm varnishing, heating to achive insulation level not less than 100 megaohms at both HT & LT side, core at transformer chamber, tap changer assembly, terminal connection top cover with new cork sheet gasket, required existing/new nuts, bolts & washers, filling transformer oil, testing after repair complete all as specified and directed for the 100-630KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer. Note :- Opening of top cover, rewinding of HT/LT coils, transformer oil, nuts bolts & washers, HT/LT bushings required will be measured separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for rewinding of HT coils suitable for 11000 volts grade with new DPC/super enamelled copper wire having class-F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 100KVA to 500KVA complete all as specified and directed after taking down old unserviceable one.

M & L for rewinding of LT coils suitable for 1100 volts grade with new DPC/super enamelled copper strip having class-F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 100KVA to 500KVA complete all as specified and directed after taking down old unserviceable one.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other with washer and one hexagonal nut n.exc 5 cm long and 5 to 10mm dia of neck complete all as specified and directed after taking down old unserviceable one.

M & L for replacement of On load Tap changer assembly having 7 position of transformer including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable one and dismantling and winding terminal connections and reconnection after replacement complete transformer capacity upto 500KVA 11/0.433KV complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of existing UNSV silica gel grains with new crystal clean silica jel conforming to IS 3401-1992 in the breather assembly of transformer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of breather assembly made with plycarbonate base and clear aclylic glass of size min 50mm dia, min 120mm long for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of transformer oil temperature gauge dial type having temp range 0 to minimum 120 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed. Make shall be as per existing make and as approved by GE.

M & L for painting of transformer outer surface in situ/workshop with one coat of synthetic enamel paint sing sprayer for transformer capaciity 100KVA to 500KVA after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) During process of painting, transformer will be under shut down for the period and the rate deemed to be inclusive of running the sparayer machine with own arrangement by contractor. (ii) After completion of painting HT/LT outdoor bushing cable termination joint, oil inspection glass and name plates to be made clean using volatile cleaner)

M & L for aluminim strip 50mmx10mm, 120mm long drilling hole to both end according to stud dia and fixing to L1 terminal of transformer for cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for writing letters or figures (block, English) on transformer indicating serial number/MES number, n.exc 40 cm high using black synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Labour only for disconnecting, shifting of transformer/ HT OCB/ VCB from one location to another location inside CME campus and making connections complete all as specified and directed

Maintainance of 11KV/22KV OCB/ VCB control panel by checking circuit wiring, tightening of loose connections, replacing burnt out connections, u/s indicator with holder, push buttons, connectors, thimble, u/s wire including testing and load setting relays complete satisfactory functioning of OCB tripping mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for general maintenance of HT switch gear 11 KV/22KV 400 amps , the maintenance job mainly comprise of the following - (i) isolating OCB/VCB trunck and checking of free movement for closing and withdrawing. (ii) Examination of insulting component for distortion brush discharge (indicated by gray spots or carbon deposits) hair line crack in porcelain including necesary wiping cleaning primary and secondary circuits. (iii) Testing of primary and secondary circuit with 10000 volts meger for insulation resistance (iv) Testing and synchronization of meters and relays and testing as per load (v) Cleaning and wiping down of busbar phase barriors support and sleeves (vi) Tightening of nuts/bolt and lubrication of pivot point (vii) Opening of tank cover by loosening the tank bolt and taking out breaker from the tank carefully, decanning oil from the tank for condensation and foreign material with dry lint free cloth filling tank with new transformer oil and refixing breaker in the tank carefully (Note- Oil shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only the following for the above mentioned OCBs/VCB:-

(a) Tank gasket

(b) Moving contact

(c) Fixed contact

(d) Shunt trip assembly (30 volts DC)

(e) Epoxy resin cast single phase current transformer (CT) of ration 60/15/5 Amp

(f) Indicating lamp LED type

(g) Epoxy resin cast single phase current transformer (CT) of ration 30/15/5 Amp

(h) Rewinding of u/s motor for opening/closing of OCB/VCB trolley to bus bar
