Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc and removing of debris from outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm average thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 by using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof where required over slabs and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of old treatment of any description and removing the debris roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm 100 mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding over coat of hot blown and one coat of bitumen based paint @1.20 ltr/sqm over APP membrane including removal of existing water proofing treamant on roof with plaster, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over Bitumen surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound 3% of total weight of cement used or as per manufacturar's instruction over concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : WPC measured and paid separately under the relevant item)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting asbests cement (corrugated, semi-currugated etc.) sheets including ridge in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling framed wooden purlin/Rafter work of any description sectional area under 40 Sqcm not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile stength of 550 MPA asin roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted gal valume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheeting 0.5mm thick of any colour haing tensile strenghth of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, roof curves or muds, stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparatioin of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparatioin of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm or 450 x 300x 7mm , as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 and not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any desscription and any position paving exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the plaster incl existing treatment in sunken portion , washing down with water and applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% of total weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction all around incl floors and applying Shaliu Urethane BTD two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm each Coat (Apply 2nd Coat after 6 Hrs) over a coat of Shali Pime WP @ 200gm/sqm and Provide 40mm GI Spout Pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and as directed.
