Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Excavation of foundation in laterite rock or any hard rock (other than granite or disintegrated rock) removed by chiseling including dressing and leveling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per specification approved by the Department & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling sand in F&P well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C. of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M.(1:6) after immersing the bricks having minimum crushing strength of 75 Kg/Cm2 in water for 24 hours having size of 25cmx12cmx8cm in Superstructure with ornamental molding and other similar type of works with all necessary projections, splays corbelling, cutting, chambering, including cost conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compl. in all respect as per direction of EIC.

C.C. of prop. (1:2:4) in plinth protection 600 mm wide using 12mm (1/2”) size hard crusher broken granite chips of appd. Quality from appd. quarry including side shuttering & lowering, laying, concrete, watering and curing etc. comp. to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips in all floors including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost,conveyance,royalities of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by EIC and cost of all labour,T &P required for the work complete in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.
