Excavating over area not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 3 her-in-before for each additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified & directed.

M&Lfor RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in columns pillars, posts and struts etc (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for TMT CRS (Corrision resistant steel) bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plostered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (Chalk whiting) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 140mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in padding concrete, finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of Broken Bricks of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, nexc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed..

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size cofirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment (plastic coated) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling/cushion under interlocking paver block including watering and ramming and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in kerbs including weathering , slighty , rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc, for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil omplete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) as in foundation, including raft, footings foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design mix) as in columns etc (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ;B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre,top layer 15mm cement plaster using white cement in place of ordinary cement in the top layer of the item of washed marbal chips grit plaster 1:1/2(1cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 marbal chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing,the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified & directed. (Payment for providing rgooves shall be made separately).

M & L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removalof wooden battens,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work and for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. conforming to Fe 290 Gde-165,complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
