Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of formwork for Foundation, footing and bases of columns

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing Pre-fabricated Structure by way of of sheet structure for columns (96x48x3mm) trusses purlins,rafters with wall plates. The roof shall be provided with 30mm thick puff insulated panel sintex, lioyd panel system jindal or wquivalent make. The wall shall be made in sandwitch panells system using 2 nosof precoated/ pre-coloured sheets of 0.50mm thick fitted with 40mm thick puff with bulk density of 40kg/cum. The panels shall be inserted one by one into U-Shaped ground track of size 52.5x35x1.25mm thickmade from G.I sheets/sheet coil. The window shall be made of powder coated 14 guaze aluminium sections 2.5’’x2.5’’and shutter sections 2.5’’x1’-9’’ two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass door shall be made of powder coated hinges door in aluminium section 2.5’’x2.5’’ frame and 3’’x1.25’’ door section with 5.50mm thick floated glass panel 6mm thick ACP sheets as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. False ceiling with with calcium silicate and flooring with vitrified tiles(Anti-Skid) of Kajaria, Somany, Nitco and Orient make along with electrification and plumbing/Sanitary fixtures(Jaquar, cera or hindware) with 2nos PVC water tank including elevated MS Paltform of 4000litres capacity each and Shelves (including Granite 18mm thick on Top) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
