M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per Manufacturer's' instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. ( Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately against relevant item of BoQ as " supply only")

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked, of make as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on internal surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in patch work, in any location, with water proofing compound such as Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent as approved by GE, mixed with cement mortar @ 15% by wt of cement over a coat of primer mixed in proportion 1:1 (water proofing admixiture:Cement) by weight, surface finished even & smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Cost of water proofing is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item)

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement, forming joints to full depth at every 3M intervals and at every change of direction and filing with bitumen sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of sunken floor slab by brooming down or steel wire brushing and cleaning the surface with water and applying a coat of water proofing coating (Renderoc HB of Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per Manufacturer's instructions over sunken slab and sides of sunken slab complete all as required and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies / chajjas of building including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on roof surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete :

10mm thick rendering over roof surfaces in CM 1:3 with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply Only" under respective item of BOQ.

Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm including cleaning surfaces.

Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, 3mm thick spun bonded non-woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with minimum side over lap of 100mm and end over lap of 150 mm shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Suitable embedment of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be ensured into walls/parapet walls.

Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100gm/ sqm over non-accessible roof and blinding material such as dry sand @ 0.75Kg/ Sqm over & including a coat of hot air blown bitumen 85/25 grade conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over polymeric membrane complete all as specified & directed. Note- Bituminous aluminium paint shall be of same manufacturer as specified for polymeric water proofing membrane.

S&F cement concrete tiles, size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors and cut and polished, laid over and including 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed
