REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING, FITTINGS/ FIXTURES, CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, AIR CIRCULATOR FANS AND CONNECTED INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS AT OD TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE AVAD

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,FRLSH sheathed, multistrand, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through with and including non metallic PVC conduit 20/25mm dia and its accessories fixing on wall/ceiling/trusses with suitable clamps , screws etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover all as specified for :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One Ceiling fan point controlled by one switch and regulator

(c) One Exhaust fan/wall mounted fan point controlled by one switch.

(d) One 3 pin 5 amps socket point on same board

(e) One 3 pin 5 amps socket point on independent board

(f) One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push

M & L for point wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,FRLSH sheathed, multistrand, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through with and including non metallic PVC conduit 20/25mm dia and its accessories fixing on wall/ceiling/trusses with suitable clamps , screws etc including one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover all as specified for One 5 pin 5/15 amps socket point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring on stone / brick masonry wall complete with two 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH ,1100 volts grade sheathed cable confirming to IS-694, 1977 with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories not less than 20 mm dia concealed in walls and fixed with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc., and including provision of one 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for the following:- (Note : Cost of suitable size/module, Modular terminal box, Modular inner,outer cover plate and cutting chases for concealing pipes is deemed to be included in the item rates quoted for point wiring). (a) one light point controlled by one switch.
