Taking down carefully Unserviceable Garden light / Street liight / Security light/High Mast light fitting from pole / Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts such as ballast, lamp, starter, ignitor etc cleaning of fittings, cover, copper wire, clamps, nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional) will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down existing old PCC / Steel poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from the site as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old insulators pin/shakle complete and keeping aside for removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel tubular swaged poles 8.50 mtrs long type 410 SP 22 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper pluge, bolts,nuts and screws complete including two coats of Aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer on external exposed surface and two coat of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to planting depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC insulated 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting, including taking down old unserviciable cable of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55 / IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 260 x 210 x 116 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitable for 16 sq mm 04 core cable, including taking down old unserviceable junction box of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- HANSELCat No. K 8350 or equivalent makes as specified in appendix 'B'

Bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fittings complete with , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LED Flood light 160 Watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 15000 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report, including taking down old unserviceable light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. LED Post Top 35W with Main Housing made of Pressure Die Cast Aluminium and Spun Aluminium.The LEDs should be inside a separate housing made of die cast Aluminium inside the outer housing to ensure proper heat dissipation. LEDs should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the bodywith proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick transfer of heat to Heat sink.The Luminaire should be designed for L70 for a minimum 50 K burning hoursat an ambient of 45 Degrees. LEDs should be covered with PMMA diffuser to provide glare free lighting.The inside housing should be covered with Aluminium cover from top and clear diffuser from the sides. The degree of Ingress Protection should be greater than or equal to IP 65. The Driver should be with Electrolytic Capacitor of min 105 degrees rating and with inbuilt surge protection of 2.5kV. The system luminous efficacy >80Lumens /Watt, PF >0.95, THD <10 % and CCT 5700 K with a variation of +/- of 300 K and CRI >70. The operating voltage of the Luminaire should be from120V to 270 V. Driver efficiency should be > 85 %. Manufacturer to submit LM 79 report as per IS 16106 from Third Party NABL Lab only & LM 80 report from LED manufacturer. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in hard/dense soil including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concreate 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation, mass concrate) as in foundation of poles& stay etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable LT/HT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge .

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size of 16 sq mm 4 core core.laid in trenches or under road, ducts / fixed to wall / pole / inside pane l/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately .

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size of 25 sq mm 4 core core.laid in trenches or under road, ducts / fixed to wall / pole / inside panel / drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately .

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size of 35 sq mm 3.5 core core.laid in trenches or under road, ducts / fixed to wall / pole / inside panel / drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately .

Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surface of LT poles and applying two coats of aluminium paint approx 6 mtr height on outer surfaces of pole from 1.5 m above the couping/ground level up to the top of steel poles including painting of MS cross arms, clamps, nuts and bolts etc and painting alternative black and white strips of 30 CM height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 mtr height from the ground/couping level , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of electric poles LT RCC Pole of any size and height up to 8 Mtrs above ground level including MS cross arms, MS clamps, street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting cleaning the surface complete and applying two coat of cement base paint completely including painting strips on poles with two coats of black and white synthetic enamel paint at an interval and aluminium paint for bracket/Clamps, nuts and bolts etc of one feet from ground level upto the height of seven feet , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing pole No. with letters of size 25 mm height on pole/ plate with Black synthetic enamelled paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Analog time switch for controll street light (type Quartz 1 channel 1 daily dial 1 module) , including taking down old unserviceable time switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Power contactor 3 phase 415 Volts , 40 Amps, coil voltage of rating 240 Volts, including taking down old unserviceable power contactor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- L&T Cat No. SS90721 or equivalent in Siemens.

Power contactor 4 pole 240 Volts,32 Amps , coil voltage of rating 240 Volts,including taking down old unserviceable power contactor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- L&T Cat No. CS 97011 or equivalent in Siemens.

Taking down the existing LED street light fittings of any type and make checking the serviceability and replacing the defective PCB/ SPD and driver with new one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCB/SPD/driver will be mesured and paid seperately.

Supply only Driver for 45/60 Watts LED street light luminaries, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj/ CG/ Philips.
