Required3. Upto date valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor.

Required4. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e. 08.07.2025)

Required6. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.

Required7. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids.
