PART - A : CIVIL ITEMS Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Filling in depression with cement brick aggregate concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm size broken brick aggregate including compacting, curing etc., all complete upto Floor V level

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. Note: (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.) Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 25 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 350 Kg per cu.m) - above FFL and upto floor V

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

First Floor & above

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work for partition walls at al lifts in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including supplying and providing 2 Nos. of 6/8mm MS rod at every third layer, suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

First Floor & above

Providing and constructing Parapet brickwork in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition at roof level, consisting of 110mm thick (Plus or Minus 5mm) brick work and 230 x 230mm size brick pillars at every 3 meters intervals and at junctions, corners, etc., as directed including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) for kitchen shelves, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 50mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Exposed area will only be measured for payment.)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel Grills of required pattern and size for Windows/Ventilators, Staircase Hand Rails, etc., fixed to openings/wooden frames at site, comprising of MS square bars / MS rounds / MS flats, etc., including fixing with necessary wood screws for fixing grills / by welding in steel windows, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer/ zinc phosphate primer, etc., all completed as per specification. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.]

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, plain palte, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works. ]

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

In Stair case, Trench cover etc., using of 6 mm thick or more Chequered plates wherever required.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets of 0.47mm base thickness dismantled and stacked at the site as instructed by the Engineer in charge for roofing . The rate shall include fixing of the sheets over purlins as per drawings and specifications.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of sheets,purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing accoustical suspended false ceiling at all heights with integral densified 19mm thick Mineral Fiber board false ceiling tiles of Size 600x600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per specification, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking exposed metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.30 – 0.40 mm thick (galvanized @ 100 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main and cross T runners having 15mm silhouette face with white/ black reveal or 15mm suprafine face including installation of grid system using approved suspension system, laying the mineral fiber tiles, cost of all accessories required for installation of false ceiling system as per manufacturer specification, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: 1) The tiles shall have GRIHA certified product with RH of 99%, NRC 0.7, Sound attenuation of 40dB, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.060 W/mK, Fire Performance of A2-s1, d0 as per EN 13501-1 with 19mm Tegular 15/90 edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. 2) Sample and product shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before making bulk order. Tiles and grid system shall be of Armstrong-Ultima or Anutone or other equivalent approved manufacturer. 3) The work shall be carried out as per specifications with manufacturer authorised specialized manpower.

Providing & Fixing of False ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/Sq.m. (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide, 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm at 1200 c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fasteners 12.5mm dia 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.5mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm c/c to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm at 450mm c/c shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long GI wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the boardwith recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specifications and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Channeled Woodworks perforated panels of size 192mm (W) x 15mm (T) and length 2400 mm or as approved by the Architect/EIC made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing/high density fibre board with minimum 830 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side for wall and ceiling. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm/4mm width and 21/13mmm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52-0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by approved manufacturer and as approved by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation: Install AL battens (Price includes-un anodized Aluminium frame work using 50x25mm of 1.2mm thick Aluminium box section with 50mm thick,48Kg density Rock wool covered with white tissue or as approved by the Architect. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channeled woodworks provided by the approved manufacturer over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden molding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by trained Installation team & Installation should be carried out as per the manufacturer recommended procedure. Note: 1) The quoted price is for - Supply & installation of Wooden wall panel, keel, clips, Basic 50x25mm AL Frame work & Rockwool, all by the approved manufacturer. 2) Sample and product shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before making bulk order. Tiles and grid system shall be of Armstrong-Ultima or Anutone or other equivalent approved manufacturer. 3) The work shall be carried out as per specifications with manufacturer authorised specialized manpower.

Providing and fixing Wall paneling with 1mm thick Lamination over 8mm thick plywood fixed over aluminium grid work as detailed below with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portion all levels and all heights including frame work for fixing light fixtures as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- a) Aluminium base frame work of size 40x20mm or approved size on solid wall horizontally @1200mm centre to centre maximum and vertically @ 600mm centre to centre maximum fixed with suitable fasteners. b) Providing and fixing 8mm thick BWP plywood of make Green ply (Green gold) or Century Ply (Architect ply) conforming to IS:710 and bearing IS mark over the frame work using 20mm/25mm long screws with suitable intervals and using suitable adhesive. c) Providing and fixing of 1mm thick (±0.1mm) lamination sheet of make Greenlam or approved make with 5 to 6mm gap between panels of approved size including pasting with suitable adhesives, making required shape and profile as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. d) Suitable length/size of screws at required intervals shall be used. All screws shall be Stainless steel screws. Exposed surface shall be cleaned and gap between lamination shall be painted with approved colour paints. e) The item includes cost of all material and labour component and excluding the cost of Aluminium frame work which will be paid for seperately under relevant item.

Supplying, Manufacturing and Fixing Second class Teakwood frames and architraves for frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, cupboards, and other frames made out of 50mm thick and below of approved second class teakwood of required sizes fixed including cutting, planking, jointing, making necessary rebate / grooves for fixing door shutter, fixing in masonry with required nos. of 40x5mm flat iron MS holdfasts 200mm long and embedding in cement concrete 1:3:6 or fixed in concrete with necessary screws / fasteners as directed for various sizes of structural openings including applying anti-termite chemical over the surface in contact with masonry / concrete, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of providing required holdfasts, embedded in cement concrete, applying chemical and fixing.]

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick, 150 mm wide pelmet made out of second class Teakwood planks including fixing in wall with 18mm thick teakwood brackets with suitable screws/ rawl plug, providing 20mm dia heavy duty quality anodized aluminium curtain rod of 2.5mm thick, polishing the all exposed surface with three coats of natural polishing with French/Touch wood polish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames of make Steeltech or NCL Seccolor or SIGNUM conforming to IS: 4351 manufactured by roll formed using 1.6mm thick Galvanised steel sheets including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including provision for fixing steel butt hinges with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified including applying one coat of approved etch primer after pre-treatment of the surface and painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved make and colour, filling the hollow of door frame and hold fast pocket of size 230x115x150mm with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm downgraded stone aggregate etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Profile B - 105 x 60 mm Single rebate

Supplying and fixing of factory made Solid WPC door frame having density of 850 - 950 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% of approved make with suitable rebate for shutters including the joints shall be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 75 mm x 4 mm and made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent, fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of following thick non decorative type factory made Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door shutters of approved make having density of 600 - 800 Kg/Cum, water absorption less than 1% and tensile strength greater than 12 MPa including providing aluminium lipping / Teak wood all-round if required, fixing the lipping with suitable adhesive, fixing required hardware fittings, fixing door using required screws, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: Cost of Door frame, hardware fittings and Aluminium / Teak wood lipping will be paid for separately under relevant item.]

30mm thick WPC door

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of the following sizes of ISI marked non decorative type factory made flush door shutters having solid hardwood block board core with commercial facing on both sides, internal teakwood lipping (Internal lipping shall have a total depth of not less than 25mm) using second class teak wood on all four sides, phenol bonded, hot pressed, conforming to IS: 2202 latest edition, of various sizes with necessary test certificate as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) Cost of Door frame shall be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) The width of the frame including lipping shall not be less than 45mm and not more than 75mm.

35mm thick Shutter.

Providing Vision panel of size 200x400mm in WPC door / Solid core flush door shutters with 4mm thick clear float glass of approved make including cutting the door shutter to required shape and size, fixing glass with TW beading alround, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Fly proof Stainless Steel (Grade 304) wire gauze of 0.4mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture on both sides of approved quality and make over Partly panelled Door / Grill door including fixing with second class Teak wood beading or Aluminium frame work, cost of screws, nails, rawl plug, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Cost of frame work i.e., Steel or wood or aluminium, will be paid for separately under relevant item]

Providing and fixing Wardrobe, built-in cupboard shutters, drawers, etc., fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ Sq. Mtr.) of TATA / JINDAL or approved make with total coated thickness of 0.58 mm as detailed below:- Dimensions of Sections:- External frame section shall be of 48mm x 50mm x 0.58mm thickness, mullion section shall be of 48mm x 50mm x 0.58mm thickness, shutter section shall be of 47mm x 20mm x 0.58mm thickness and beading section shall be of 12mm x 12mm x 0.58mm thickness. Paint specifications:- Coated Sections shall be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a Polyester Paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Fixing Details: The frame & Shutter Sections shall be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of polypropelene. Mullion Section shall be joined with Frame / Mullion using Nylon / polypropelene Mullion Cap, Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket shall be used all around glass/ particle board in shutter, between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass.

Accessories: Each shutter shall be provided with one set of S.S pivot hinges, Handle made of high grade Aluminium powder coated with nylon receiver. Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM), Aluminium 'T' section of 1.2mm thick for double shutter joint, 90mm aluminium hasp and staples for wardrobe shutters, etc., Panels:- Glass shutter and fixed glass portions should be provided with a glass of 4mm Plain Tinted Glass of make Saint gobain or other approved equivalent make. Wardrobe / cup board shutter shall be provided with 6mm thick both side laminated cement bonded particle board of Bisonlam or approved equivalent make Fixing:- Frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using Nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Structural glazing with 5mm thick Toughened Glass (semi unitised system - all panels fixed) fixed over frame work of approved size and design to withstand wind pressure up to 200 kg/Sq.m using powder coated or colour anodized aluminium extruded section of make Jindal or other approved make using 103x55mm for vertical and 75x55mm for horizontal section or other approved section of 2mm thick for frame work including necessary Aluminium / GI angle cleats with slots for adjusting plumb, fixed to the RCC slabs/beam/column with M10 expansion fasteners, the mainframes verticals to span unsupported length of maximum length of 3.5m, the glazed panels shall be fixed using double side cross linked polythene spacer tape (12mmx6mm thick Norton spacer tape) and structural sealant (GE Ultra glaze SSG 4000 or Dow Corning 795/995 or Wacker SG20 or other approved make) in such a way as to transfer the dead weight of the glass on to the mainframe so as to avoid undue stress on the structural sealant, the glazed panels after suitable curing in dust free environment shall be fixed on to mainframe from the exterior from the out side especially in spandrel areas, including sheet metal screws, 'L' angles, GI brackets, anchor bolts, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Samples shall be approved before making bulk order. 2) Work shall be carried out with specialized experienced manpower. 3) The rate shall be inclusive frame work, glazing, scaffolding, sealents, all accessaries, etc., all complete required for the work including linear and curvilinear portion at all heights.

Supply and installation of frameless glass door made of 12mm thick clear toughened glass of Dormakaba or approved equivalent make, including Dormakaba glass door hardware package comprising BTS 75 V floor spring with stainless steel cover plate, D-type handle, top pivot (PT 24/40), top patch, bottom patch, standard spindle (US10), corner lock at top and bottom, Euro profile cylinder with 3 keys, and lock keeper plate, with all fittings and corner accessories as per design and manufacturer’s specifications. Stainless steel fixtures shall be of Grade SS 316 conforming to BS 7352. The rate shall include supply, installation, transportation, handling, loading and unloading, protection of glass and fittings until handing over, testing, commissioning, all necessary hardware, structural supports (if required), and all other incidental works required to complete the job as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing frosted vinyl film of self-adhesive type on glass surfaces, of approved make, design, and pattern, including cleaning and preparing the surface, cutting the film to the required size, and applying it smoothly without air bubbles, creases, or wrinkles using appropriate tools and techniques, all complete etc., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of frameless fixed glazing using 12mm thick clear toughened glass with make of Dormakaba fittings PT 90 and ULPT 92 or approved equivalent make, the rate shall include supply, installation, transportation, handling, loading and unloading, protection of the glass and module until handing over, testing, commissioning, all necessary hardware, structural supports (if required), etc., complete, all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of fixed glazing using 12mm thick clear toughened glass with minimal frame for room dividing solutions, using of make Dormakaba - (ALTERRA Partition System) or approved equivalent make, including the system shall be single-glazed, mullion-free, demountable glass partition in proprietary natural anodized or black aluminium sections (ALT 50), size 50mm x 30mm, with concealed sealing (no visible gaskets or seals), and an acoustic rating of minimum 32 dB with third-party test certification, the profile shall include a carpet groove at the bottom on both sides to accommodate carpets up to 8mm thick. Glass panels shall be fixed using proprietary stability GRIPPER clamps to ensure system stability, intermediate slim junction profiles shall be provided for glass-to-glass vertical joints, 90-degree L-junctions, and T-junctions as required based on room configuration. The glass shall be offset-mounted towards the outer edge, ensuring a minimal aluminium frame is visible on one side. Door openings, if required, shall be provided at the site. All aluminium profiles shall have a minimum thickness of 1.5mm (excluding 20 microns of anodizing), and the work shall comply with relevant standards etc.,complete, all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of 40mm thick pressed Steel Flush Door of make STEELTECH or SIGNUM or TATA PRAVESH or NCL Seccolor or other approved equivalent make having outer door frame of size 105x60mm (Single Rebate) and steel flush door as detailed below including fabricating the frame, door shutter, providing thermal barrier between sheet, filling the hollow portion of the door with honeycomb/Solid Polyurethene foam, providing vision panel of size 200x300mm with 5mm thick clear toughned glass of approved pattern, fixing the door with required hardware fitting of make Dorma or other approved make, fixing the door assembly with necessary hold fast / anchor fasteners as per site condition, filling the hollow of door frame and hold fast pocket with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm downgraded stone aggregate which will be paid for separately under relevant item., etc., all complete as per drawing, manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Door Frame: - Outer door frame of size 105x60mm (Single Rebate) made from 1.2mm thick Galvanized steel sheet with Zinc coating not less than 120gm/Sqm and shall be finished with PU paint of approved colour over zinc rich epoxy primer. Provision for providing fixed glass of 300mm height at top over the door shutter shall be made as per drawing. Door Shutter :- Pressed Steel fully Flush double skin door shutter of thickness 40mm (+5mm) fabricated 0.8mm thick Galvanized steel sheet with Zinc coating not less than 120gm/Sqm with approved colour finish. Top and Lower skin joined by roll formed snap fitting groove on the style. Providing thermal barrier between sheet and filling the hollow portion of the door with solid Polyurethene foam of density not less than 40kg/m3. Providing vision panel of size 200x300mm with 5mm thick clear toughned glass of approved pattern as per drawing. The shutter shall be finished with PU paint of approved colour over zinc rich epoxy primer.

Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. Providing and fixing of 10mm thick aluminium grill "DECOGRILL" or approved equivalent make to the window, ventilators, wall spans etc., in approved colour, shade, design, and size anodizing (15 microns) to match with the colour of window frame from inside or from outside including fixing windows, ventilators, wherever required, cost of all other incidental, etc., all complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE: The cost of aluminium frame work and snap beading will be paid separately under relevant item.)

Supplying, fabricating bending and fixing the position of AISI 304 grade stainless steel section for hand railing/hanger rods made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., of required size including butt / mitre welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, drilling holes in floor/walls embedding/ grouting with suitable grouting materials, etc., all complete as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes.

Water proof treatment:: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification. (Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / ceiling plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, applying the primer coat, scaffolding, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications.

Supply and charging of new R410A gas: It includes adding of sufficient quantity of new refrigerant to the piping network laid between outdoor & multiple indoor units post leak testing and accomplishment of recommended vacuum all as per the manufactures recommendations and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty split AC outdoor mounting stand bracket made of 2.0 mm thick heavy duty Galvanized steel with two coat of powder coating of off white colour with load carrying capacity up to 100 Kg with suitable fasteners all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply of soft drawn bright annealed seamless copper tube for 2.0 TR split AC unit as per ASTM B 68-02 both suction and liquid line measured together with wall thickness suitable for R32 and thermal insulation should be flexible closed cell elastomeric nitrle rubber foam tubes, class "O" with 9 mm thickness to suit above copper tubes along with white tape insulation all enclosed in a PVC slim duct and fittings of heavy duty of suitable size all as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Preferred make Camipro, uniflow or equivalent.

Supply of 4 core 2.5 Sq.mm FR-LSH insualted, 1100V, multi strand flexible copper conductor cable shall confirm to IS 694. Preferred make for cable:Powerflex, Havels, Finolex or equivalent.

Supply of 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm FR-LSH insualted, 1100V, multi strand flexible copper conductor cable shall confirm to IS 694 along with suitable cable casing cap. Preferred make for cable:Powerflex, Havels, Finolex or equivalent.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty 1” diameter PVC drain pipes and fittings includes bends, T connections, couplings and U clamps, ets., for fixing of drain line from IDU of split ac up to ground level. It includes U trap for proper drain of air conditioners condensate water without seepage. The U clamp should be installed at an interval of 1.5 m with slop for drain of water all as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
