Treatement of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a ' V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) cleaning ' v' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (vi) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) cleaning nipple one by one commencin from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection. An Ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed.(viii) Injecting " resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (xi) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer.

Providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) treatement spalled and loose concrete :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as roof kerbs and coping rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

500mm wide and 50mm thick flexible diving board of wood with fibre coating, Non slippary surfaces colour/pattern approved by Engr-in-charge,fixed with bolts to surface complte all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws/bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

2nd class hardwood 25mm thick planed one side with butt joints and fixed in floors with secret bolt/nails/screws with tar coat to surface in contact with floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying water proofing treatment using acrylic polymer emulsion modified cement based water proofing coating with fibre glass mesh and raintite shall be mixed to cement at the rate of 1:2 and the following steps are as under to be followed during the treatment. a) Clean the surface with wire brush and remove all loose and friable particles from the wall which could affect the bond between the surface and the waterproofing coating. b) The surface is to be repaired with 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement. c) when the surface is repaired first coat of Sika/Pidilite/Dr Fixit raintite, a flexible protective waterproofing coating is applied with a hard plastic bristled brush and left to harden for 2 to 6 Hours. d) After the first coat dries,fiber glass mesh with second coating raintite. e) Top coat 107 top seal by finish. f) Using curing of screed and plaster are recommended. g) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators.

Demolition of brickwork / stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, but excluding precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (d) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) M & L for two coats of aluminium paint on membrane surface complete all as specified and as directed.

(e) M & L for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
