Civil Work

Providing and applying Cement based putty punning of approved make and shade over the plastered surface of wall to make the surface smooth by sand papering including cost of scaffolding. Staging charges, cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade over a coat of wall primer of approved quality to surfaces (interior) including throughly brushing the surface free for foreign materials, sand papering smooth the intermediate coats, providing necessary putty & primer including of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, csaffolding, charge, (colour & shade to be approved before procurment & use)

Wall painting two coats with Weather coat paint exterior grade of approved make & approved shade over a coat of primer to make an even finished surface of walls of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting of approved shade and quality after cleaning the plastred surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of material, putty, paint, brushes, all labour, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T & P etc as required for the work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (colour & shade to bi approved before procurment & use)

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. grill made out of M.S. flats/square bars as per drawing and design.

Providing fitting and fixing up MS Rolling shuttersincluding cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes, of all materials, cost of all labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new iron work over a coat of Red oxide primer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges etc as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position False ceiling Calsium Silicate board and aceiling as per the pattern and design made from 10mm tk CalsiumSilicate board fixed with main G.I frame channels all along the wall shall be provided. The frame work to be suspended with G.I flats or adjustable M.S rod from intermediate channels using nuts and bolts as recommended using rawls plugs 12.5 mm dia bolts and soft cleat 27mmx 37mmx25mm. Arrangements are to be madeto accommodate light fixtures, curtain rails by forming recessed channels which shall be done with jointing compound and paper tape .Ceiling to be levelled and free from cracks . Items to be completed in all respect to the architect's approval .Openings to be made in the ceiling as per architect 's approval .to accommodate lighting fixtures.Opening in the ceiling are to be tied withperimeter channel complete with the cost of all labour and material i/c painting with acrylic emulsion painting of two coats with primer coat and hardware asper drawing and specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge or consultant.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Double Charged 600 mm x 600 mm Vitrified Floor Tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over an under layer of 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, machine grinding, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(MAKE:- SOMANY Ethnic Series) (Note- Sample of tiles shall be approved before procurement and use.

Providing and laying 300mm x 300mm Ceramic floor tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, machine grinding, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Sample of tiles shall be approved before procurement and use.)

Fixing tiles/Marbles in dados skirting and risers of step on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 30cmx45cm size special plain/printed series edge cut ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of approved make ( Kajeria/ Johnson/ Nitco/ OASIS or equivalent) having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of approved make & shade in Dadoes over 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with modular pointing in white cement & pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour curing sundries and T & P etc. required for the work etc.

Providing 12mm thick C.P. 1:6 finished even and smooth on masonry walls including racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and levels and providing grooves as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalty, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre - constructional antitermite treatment as per IS specification and creating a chemical barrier in bottom and sides of foundation trenches, top-surface of plinth filing junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building expansion joints surrounding the pipes and cables etc. complete using approved quality of chemical emulsion of requisite quantity prescribed by the manufacturer as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion 1:2:4 including shuttering using 2 cm size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P, etc. required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of all machineries required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing in position WPC frames of size 125mmx50mm to doors fixed with MS hold fast of 35x5mm embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with all materials, labours, T & P including cost, conveyance, loading, sundries required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 35mm thick WPC Door Shutter(Solid) with teak edge with mica pasted both side leaping to the periphery of the shutter with pilishing as per detailed drawing with including, all hardwares & fixtures, SS tower bolt(150mm),Door stopper,SS aldrop(250mm),SS handle(200mm length),ss handle (150mm length) & SS Butt hinges -125mm x 65mm x2.12mm .including cost, conveyance, loading, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying fitting and fixing in position flush door shutter of 32mm thick of Green / Mayur / Aeon or equivalent with 1mm sun mica (Royal touch) of approved quality and as per drawing & design with all necessary brass fittings, door closer (godrej, heavy duty) motrice lock (godrej heavy duty), handle, door stopper etc including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, transportation, loading & unloading etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer –in-charge.

Brick work in F&P with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) with best quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
