Dismantling old unserviceable switch air break gang operated and M&L switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT 11KV outdoor for horizontal or vertical mounting insulators and mild steel galvanized frame with operating rod of 20 mm bore medium grade ISI marked galvanized iron pipe worked from ground level for current rating 400Amps including nuts, bolts and washers etc of required size, including locking arrangement with locks and synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over mild steel work and electric connection complete all as specified and directed.
S & F in replacement of single disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified.
S & F in replacement of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 Volt grade, complete all as specified.
S & F in replacement of post insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified.
M & L in replacement of unserviceable cross arms with new cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including removing of existing any type of conductor a coat of red oxide primer one underand & one finishing coat complete all as specified and directed.
Providing labour, transportation for repairing/ Maint of LT over head lines and routine maintenance of electric supply/current leakage / underground HT/LT cables and locating the fault in HT/LT over head line by visual inspection recce of faulty area and repair the fault by means of replacement of unserviceable material as per exiting make and model, removal of vegetation growth over and around of HT/ LT OH lines, four/two pole structure and area sub stations, Repair/Maintenance of LT feeder pillar boxes , including MCCBs / Timer switch , protection devices, LT/HT jumper,any type of service cables/ fuse on HT GOD/DO/ burnt lugs, sleaves of LT bus bar chamber, noted down load of transformer and earthing testing result as and when shall detail and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including small length of wires (not more than 100cm), remove of adhesive material from cables and other connected major/minor accessories. Work shall also include to check & removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stringing of ACSR/AAC conductor up to required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides of LT/HT feeder up to the stress on each side Note : (i) Materials requried for fault repairs will be measured under relevant items included in BOQ. (ii) Contractor will depute the dedicated team, he will completely responsible for all the safety aspects of his team. No dispute regarding safety of person would be entertain later on. If any mishappening occures during rectifaction of fault in HT/LT lines contractor will be fully liable to bear all the expenses of indls.
Special Notes:- (From 66 KV Grid to Sub stn No.9, MAP S/S No - 6 and S/S -16) (a) Contractor will provide all set of T & P, communication device (Mobile Phone) to deployed persons, electrcian team for each sub station required for repair of HT/LT Electrical switch gear system including safety equipment such as All type of T&Ps (Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting plairs, torch lights and first AID box etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan incl safety equipment such as Hand gloves, Rubber boots, Sefety belt and helmets, raincoat etc. (b) On intimation of any type of repair/maintenance work of HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply and communicate with SBA on duty to get proper shut down and getting permit card for working on HT lines and deposit the permit card after rectification of fault, all the activities shall be carried out within reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Contractor will provide necessary complaint slip, complaint boook & permit book, contractor will direct the instructions to indls for lodgging the complaints duly marked the location, time and date for earlier rectifications. (d) After getting the complaints, team deployed by the contractor will rectify the complaints within stipulated time i.e within 2 hours from the time of receiving of complaints. (e) Contractor should also provide a dedicated supervisor for collection of complaints from SBA, JE, USER etc. He shall be held responsible, in case complaints are not collected timely
M&L for cable jointing kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Make: Havells/Polycab or other equivalent make.
