Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC path / steps etc. finished even and smooth using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete stone surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth W/O using extra cement.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in parapets including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/ dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n exc 250 sq cm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement and necessary formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of square, rectangular or polygonal cross-section for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 15 above but 6 to 8 mm dia as in stirrups.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron as in post and struts in fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia bars as stiffening member in fencing including securing the fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of fencing post or similar articles and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:3 for laying floor tiles finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (20cmx20cmx25mm) thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note : (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters without taking out shutters from frames for area exc 1.50 sqm but n exc. 4 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
