SCAFFOLDING:Providing and erecting bamboo scaffolding using 50mm to 75mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboo to be provided as required at spacings of not more 900mm apart both vertically and horizontally including providing cross supports but logs as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance repair works of external or internal surfaces of building as and when required including providing necessary safety belts other safety standard accessories to workers working on the scaffolding including removing the scaffolding after the repair work is completed including cost of transactions labour bamboos safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the engineer in charge. ( Note: The mode of measurement shall be in squre meter for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductitions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs / reveals of such opening shall not be measured for payment. )

BRICK WORK:Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & In superstructure of all floor levels. ( disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. )

HALF BRICK WORK:Half brick masonry at all floow level using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality in cement mortar 1:4 at all floors providing R.C.C. patti in 1:2:4 (105x75mm) 900mm ht. For full width wall including scaffolding raking out joints curing etc. complete all as directed by the engineer in charge. VITRIFIED FLOOR TILES Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

FLOORING BREAKING:Dismantling carefully the existing damaged cracked serviceable tiles / slabs / clay tiles / marble slab / granite slab / Kota stone/ tandur stone / shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. )

MAKING HOLE : in concrete / brick masonry of required size (approx. 0.3 x 0.3) and refilling it with 1:2:4 concrete / brick work with plaster c.m. 1:4 neeru or sand face finish curing including cost of all materials labour etc. Disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised.

REMOVING DOORS & WINDOWS:Labour charges only for carefully removing and taking out existing steel wooden doors / wooden partition / windows / clear story window shutters from its existing position at all floors levels and locations including chisseling around the frame hold fasts carting away debris making good the chisselled surface suitable as per site requirement and shifting the dismantled materials to the directed place with stacking in proper order including removing the existing mongery fittings fixtures locking arrangement and returning the same to the dept. of respective maintenance unit etc. complete all as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick multi-wall polycarbonate sheet skylight over the cut outs at approx 6.0 mtr height or other locations as per site requirements, fixing the polycarbonate sheets to the MS closed structre by means of Aluminium extruded sections,EPDM gaseket screwed to the steel structre & sealing the joints completely with approved sealent to make then water proof , inclusive of closing the vertical gaps with the same sheet, cleaning ,finishing neat, stagging /scaffolding up to required height etc. complete in all respect alongwith all the required accessories as per manufactures specifications and dirrection of engineer -in-charge. The rate to be including for all laps & wastages, flashing etc. Only net laid area of the sheet shall be measured for payment. Structural steel work in single section, fixed with connecting base/insert plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position,Base plate welding,Drilling and hold fastening with Chemical grouting anchor bolting / fastening in concrete structree , applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color and brand as complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

M.S.GRILLS:Providing & fixing M.S. heavy duty grills with 20mm x 5mm flat of approved design as per our sample including one coat of red oxide etc. complete including making good of damaged cement plaster complete as specified & directed.

FIXING DOOR / WINDOW FRAME: wooden frame work for door / windows of any size by providing M.S. hold fast of size 40mm x 3mm x 150mm long bend to shape and external face to be painted by two coats of bitumestic paint . Filling the gap with brick work / cement concrete by side finishing plastering and making good the same etc. complete.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
