Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe including making good the existing surfaces with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing interlocking tiles keeping in safe coustudy and fixing back after laying of DI pipe including provision of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregade) 100mm thick as in sub base and filling of sand and matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paveer block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with Grey Cement and pigment.

Taking down old unsv CI/DI pipe including, joints, bends, elbow, tees, rubber joints upto 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv CI/DI pipe including, joints, bends, elbow, tees, rubber joints upto 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning in replacement 150 mm DI Pipe as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches including tyton joint(Rubber gasket joint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- If the new pipe line takes a new route due to a bldg or any other reason, the credit of the same should not be paid to contractor.

Supply, installation and testing flanged ends strainer/dirt box of 100mm size with stainless steel mesh suitable for cold water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, including taking out unsv strainer/dirt box complete all as specified and as directed. Labour only for attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines , fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply,taking out water water from trenches during repair including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. (Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) Note :- quoted rates include notes mentioned at srl No. a to h

Notes for item No. 1.00 The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers complete all as specified and as directed.

The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 50/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complained

In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

while attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering.

Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A.

All T & P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor.

The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters , Taps , Pipe wrench, Chain wrench,Caulking tools, Complete set of spanners and ladders etc…, as required at site.
