GAS TURBINE : Periodical Maintenance :

Gas booster compressor and its accessories: Charges for Periodical inspection of the Gas Booster Compressor gas, air, oil and water piping system for leaks and general checks for proper functioning of the system and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineer in-charge, up keeping of the Twin oil Coolers, Duplex Filter housings, LP and HP compressor, gearbox, lube oil pumps, 8 Nos of Gas Cooler (ACHE) by thorough external cleaning and keeping the floor, platform of the houses clean and tidy. Checking the oil level and topping up of the lube oil using centrifuge as required and its connected pipe lines for any leakages, greasing of the suction, discharge and anti surge valves of the gas lines and attending any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Gas conditioning skid at GBC End Charges for Periodical inspection of the Gas conditioning skid, gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending the minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank. Up keeping of the Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy. Draining of condensates from the scrubber, various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Gas conditioning skid at Gas Turbine End : Charges for Periodical inspection of the Gas conditioning skid, gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending the minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank. Up keeping of the Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy. Draining of condensates from the scrubber, various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Gas Turbine (58.5 MW), GT Auxilliaries like Lube oil skid, Gas skid, Mist Eliminator, Exhaust system and Hydraulic System of Gas Turbine : Charges for Periodical inspection of Gas Turbine for any abnormal sound and temperature and visual inspection of gas, water, air and lube oil piping system for leaks, leaky gaskets, pump and valve packing leaks, vibration of piping and general checks and attending the corrective action required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. In GT Auxilliaries Module (Lube oil skid and Gas skid) inspecting the Pumps system for piping connection for any loose hardware, accumulator system pipe line, hydraulic manifolds leakage checking and attending the leaks, Checking the lube oil tank level and topping up the lube oil with centrifuge. Also includes transporting the lube oil and up keeping the lube oil pump system, lube oil filters housing and lube oil heat exchanger housing and the hydraulic oil pumps and its system, thorough external cleaning, removing of dust and dirty oil and oil fumes etc., in the lube oil and hydraulic oil filter external housing, inspecting mist eliminator fan for proper functioning, inspecting the GT Exhaust bellows for any damage, leakage, Inspecting the diverted / Guillotine damper gear box for grease leakage and cleaning, providing operation assistance during online water washing of GT, inspection of water wash pump for any abnormal sound during operation & taking remedial measures, topping up of DM water in the water storage tank, as and when required by the operation, to carryout Online water washing of GT Compressor and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge.

GT Inlet Air filter house and Evaporative cooling system : Charges for Periodical inspection of Inlet Air Filter House system and Evaporative cooling system of GT inlet air for any abnormal sound, evaporative cooler pump strainer cleaning, replacing the filter cartridge on the air filter house as required as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. Checking & attending minor air leak in the filter house and attending any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Gas Turbine Ventilation fans, Blowers, Cooling and Sealing air fans, etc,. : Charges for Periodical inspection of Gas Turbine Ventilation fans,Blowers,Cooling and Sealing air fans by thorough cleaning of the fan casings and the dampers, greasing the damper’s and check for free operation of the standby dampers, Checking the tightness of bed bolts of all the above fans, Inspecting and up keeping of all cooling sealing air fans for proper functioning as per the direction of Engineer in-charge and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Operational Assistance for routine change over of equipments : Charges for providing operation assistance during change over of GT auxiliaries such as Gas Turbine compartment cooling fans, Exhaust frame air blower, gas skid cooling fans, load compartment cooling fans, DD seal air fan & GD seal air fan, checking of damper operation, vibration checks and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge.

Breakdown maintenance : Seal air fans of Diverter damper, Guillotine damper, Enclosure Fans of GT Inlet / outlet and GT Generator, Exhaust Fans of GT Gear Boxes, GT Gas Skid and GT Lube oil System : Dismantling the outer cover and gasket. Disconnecting the fan from motor shaft and cleaning of fan housing. Dismantling the NRV, inspecting for any damage Reassembling the fan on motor shaft and closing the cover with new gasket in place. Removal of bearings of NRV flap, inspecting them for healthiness and replacing if necessary. (Bearings will be supplied by the Board) Packing grease and reassembling the NRV & normalizing, Coupling and decoupling Impeller from motor Shaft, and attending any unforeseen mechanical breakdown works as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

GT Guillotine / Diverter damper inspection work, GD / DD Shut off valve Inspection Work: This work involves GT Guillotine damper manhole door and Diverter damper manhole door open and visual inspection and manhole door closing work and manual opening and closing of GD & DD, Inspecting GD / DD Shut off valve for any seal failure, replacing worn-out seal, as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

GT Diverter Damper / Guillotine damper Manual operation during failure of Auto operation : Manual operation of Diverter Damper by enabling local mode & engaging the clutch lever & applying enormous man power to rotate the manual hand lever to facilitate open / close of Diverter Damper / Guillotine damper in case of failure of auto operation of Diverter Damper / Guillotine damper as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Mist Eliminator : Break down maintenance of mist eliminator work comprises of dismantling of mist eliminator fan from motor shaft by using appropriate tools carefully, after the removal of fan cover and assessment of fan surfaces for any damage or loss of material, complete cleaning of blade surfaces with petrol, diesel reassembling the fan blade with motor shaft, commissioning the mist eliminator and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

GBC Valves : Break down maintenance of GBC suction valve / Discharge / Seal gas valve / Anti surge valve by dismantling the top casing, inspection of worm shaft, worm gear, gear wheel for any damages, attending minor rectification works, replacement of bearings if necessary grease packing, inspection of Diaphragm for any damages & replacement of diaphragm, if necessary, reassembling the gear wheel, worm gear, worm shaft and ensuring free operation of valve, attending gas leak in valve, if any as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Gas Cooler Fans (ACHE) in GBC: Decoupling of Motor from Gas cooler fans (ACHE) by removing fan safety guard, Bolt & Nut and coupling with motor, finally conducting the trail run and normalizing and any minor breakdown works as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water wash skid : Attending Break down maintenance in GT water wash skid by attending water leak in water wash tank by welding, inspection of suction/discharge valves for proper function & replacement / reconditioning of valve if necessary (or) decoupling the water wash pump from motor after isolating the suction & discharge line & disassembly of the pump, checking the bearings & seals of the pump and replace the failed bearings & seals by new one, replace the parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board & reassembling the pump, Alignment checking & coupling with the motor all complete & normalizing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Minor welding works: Charges for attending any minor weld defects in lube oil, air and water lines and support structures by welding, etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

GT & GBC Startup Assistance: Charges for startup work in Gas Turbine, Gas Booster Compressor and its axillaries, Maintenance assistance to attend water / oil / gas leak and Air vent releasing in Lube Oil Line and Checking for any abnormalities in the system during the startup as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Evaporator cooling system : Opening the manual door of the evaporator cooling system by unscrewing the lock bolts of the door, remove bracket for media installation, and replace the media bracket complete. Check the distribution pads, drift eliminator assembly for scale formation if any. In case new drift eliminators need to be installed, materials will be supplied by board. Evaporator sump complete cleaning and inspection as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

Combustion Chamber Inspection work : Gas turbine bottom side outer manhole door opening , Combustion chamber internal doors 3 nos opening and visual inspection of combustion chamber internals like heat shields, burners and 1st stage rotor and stator blades & vanes Visual inspection will be made by the board engineer. After completing the inspection, closing the combustion chamber internal manhole doors 3 nos. and outer cover door. The spare parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board and complete and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

Pneumatic Air Compressor : Gas turbine blow off valves working under the control of pneumatic air compressor. Opening the outer cover, draining the lube oil completely and dismantling the compressor internals such as air suction valve ,filter coolant, filter separator etc.,. After dismantling the compressor unit from the motor Visual inspection will be made by the board engineer. The spare parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board and complete normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

Lube oil Heat Exchanger : GT lube oil heat exchanger emergency break down works comprise of removing the plates from the heat exchanger after isolating the standby heat exchanger. checking the Gasket condition and replace the failed gaskets to new one. Complete cleaning of heat exchanger plates both sides. Replace the parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board and reassembling the Heat exchanger, alignment checking and all complete and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

Inlet Guide Vane calibration work : This work involves IGV calibration and IGV control actuator dowel pin & bolts removal and re-fixing with New pin & bolts as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

GT Flame sensors cleaning work : This work involves 2 Nos GT Flame sensor removal, cleaning and re-fixing the same in the correct position as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

GT compartment cooling blower fan filter cleaning work : This work involves removal GT Compartment cooling blower fans 2 Nos filters removing and cleaning and re-fixing work as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

Off Line water wash work : This work involves mixing of ZOK-27 detergent with DM water and filling the water wash tank, off line detergent washing and DM water washing with the co ordination of operating personnel during GT shutdown as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge.

IA/PA, ACC, CCCW Systems. Periodical maintenance

Instrument Air Compressor System : Charges for Periodical inspection of Instrument Air Compressor systems and its drier units, IA/PA Cooling water system, associated pipe lines, valves etc., for attending air/water/oil leaks, maintaining lube oil level of IA/PA Compressors and its cooling water pumps, topping up if necessary, lubricating of hand operated valves, External pipe valves replacing, Compressor belt Condition Checking, ACW Pump Suction Strainer Cleaning, external cleaning of related equipment and its auxiliaries and keeping clean and tidy and attending any minor defects, minor painting work in IA/PA System as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge..

Process Air & Nitrogen generation System : Charges for Periodical inspection of Process Air system, Nitrogen generation system, Nitrogen storage tank , Inspection & associated pipe lines, valves etc., attending gas leaks, maintaining Carbon molecular sieves level of PSA system, topped up if necessary, external cleaning ,minor painting of related equipment and its auxiliaries and keeping clean & tidy and attending any minor defects,minor painting work in Nitrogen generation System as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Closed Circuit Cooling Water System (CCCW) : Charges for Periodical inspection of Closed Cooling Water Pumps (CCCW) for any abnormal sound, temperature, any water leaks in the pipe lines, attending valve leak, vibration checking ,general checking and CCCW PUMP & Motor Coupling fasteners inspection, Checking the expansion tank DM water level, cleaning and attending minor defects and visual inspection of Radiator Cooler (RC) Fan for any abnormal Sound, Vibration, belt visual inspection, Adjusting Belt Tension, Replacing worn out Belt by New belt, Replacing worn-out Motor Pulley, Fan Pulley Cleaning, Replacing worn-out Taper Bush, Belt Coupling &Decoupling from Motor, Fan Bottom Round Guard fasteners Checking,Ring guard tip clearance checking,Ring guard adjusting, Fins Visual inspection, Grease Packing of RC Fan shaft bearings as required. RC Fan leaf & Bottom deck plates debrises Cleaning,Radiator cooler inside of plenum chamber debrises manually cleaning,RC fan Blade angle Checking,RC fan leafs cleaning,minor painting work in CCCW System as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) system: Charges for Periodical inspection of Air-Cooled Condenser system, including ACC Fans, ACC Gear Boxes, ACC Heat Exchanger Bundles etc., observation for any abnormal sound, temperature, vibration, leaks etc., in the above system, external cleaning, minor painting of ACC Gear Boxes etc., attending leaks and minor defects in the above system, checking the oil level in all ACC gear boxes, replacing old oil by new oil and top up oil up to required level if necessary,grease packing for bearings of gear boxes, Bed bolt checking,decoupling ACC gear Box from motor,ACC Fan leaf cleaning,ACC Fan Hub cleaning,ACC Gear Box bed Bolt,Hub Bolt,Ring Guard Bolt inspection and ensuring the tightness,Changing Ring Guard segments fasteners,Changing coupling bush,ACC deck plates floor cleaning,minor painting in ACC System as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Air Cooled Condenser Fin Tubes : Charges for Periodical inspection & to carry out the following preventive maintenance of ACC fin tube bundles & fin cleaning,minor painting inACC fin tube bundles as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1. The tube radiator fins of ACC bundles must be kept free of bugs, links and other debris,cleaning walkway path of ACC tube bundles. 2. Periodical cleaning of the ACC cooling bundles with service water using fin tube cleaning pump.

Breakdown maintenance : Inter Cooler / After Cooler (IA/PA) : Disassembly of IA/PA Compressor Inter cooler/After cooler and taking out tube nest from the shell, inspection, cleaning, leak checking by hydraulic testing, renewal of O rings, gaskets,(O rings, gasket etc., all be provided by the Board) reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Oil Replacement work (IA/PA) : Draining of oil from the oil sump of IA / PA Compressor, inspection, cleaning of the sump and filter element, replacing of filter element if necessary (oil filter will be provided by the Board) filling with lube oil and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA compressor Suction Air filter cleaning work : Disassembly of suction air filter of IA/PA Compressor, disassembly of suction pipe line from LP cylinder, inspection, thorough cleaning of suction air filter and suction pipe line, replacement of suction filter (suction filter will be supplied by the Board) if necessary, reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA Suction & Discharge valve work : Disassembly of suction side and discharge side valve covers, valve plates of LP and HP cylinder of IA/PA Compressor, inspection, cleaning, Renewal / Rectification of valve plates assembly, re-assembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA Compressors Emergency Breakdown work : Emergency Breakdown maintenance of IA/PA Reciprocating compressors - 2 stage Horizontal KIRLOSKAR PNEUMATIC CO.LTD. Model: T-BTD-LM( 255mm&160mm, FAD 8.87 m3/min) comprising of disassembly of LP&HP internals such as cylinder suction & discharge valve plates assembly, piston rod, piston rings, wearing rings inspection, cleaning, rectification/replacement of spares if necessary (O rings, gaskets & spares will be supplied by the Board) and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Pump Breakdown works in IA/PA and ACC system : Disassembly of cooling water pump for ( Make : Mather Platt Pumps Ltd., Q = 20 m3/hr) IA/PA Compressor system, inspection of internal parts, cleaning, rectification / renewal of parts, re-assembly (gaskets, spares will be supplied by the Board), Dismantling the ACC fin tube cleaning pump(Make:KSB Pumps Ltd., Q = 6 m3/hr) into its parts. Cleaning of the parts, replace the failed Bearing, Mechanical Seals, Gland packing etc., If require reassembling alignment checking and coupling as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA LP & HP side renewal of piston rings & clearance checking work : Disassembly of HP or LP cylinder outer cover and removal of piston and pressure packing rings cleaning and renewal of pressure packing rings, assembling piston, adjusting the piston clearances, assembling the cylinder outer cover, normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA NRV servicing work : Disassembly of 100NB NRV in the discharge air line of the compressor, Inspection, cleaning, lapping and blue matching, reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Air Dryer Unit (IA/PA) : Disassembly of Inspection cover of Instrument Air dryer unit desiccant tower, removal of desiccant, cleaning of internals, refilling of new desiccant and closing of inspection cover, disassembly of prefilter and after filter, inspection, cleaning, assembly of filters supplied by the Board, disassembly and cleaning of purge control valve and change over valve and normalizing the operation of Instrument Air dryer unit as per the direction of Engineer - incharge.

Breakdown maintenance work of PSA system : Disassembly of inspection cover for Process Air Nitrogen gas unit Carbon molecular sieves tower, removal of Carbon molecular sieves , cleaning of internals, refilling of new Carbon molecular sieves and closing of inspection cover, disassembly of prefilter , inspection, cleaning, assembly of filters supplied by the Board, disassembly and cleaning of Pressure control valve and change over valve and normalizing the operation of Process Air Nitrogen gas unit as per the direction of Engineer - incharge.

CCCW System Strainer / Various Valves / Bellow Work/Motor Alignment work : 400 NB New Butterfly valve, 400 NB New Non Return Valves Replacement work, Expansion rubber bellow leak attending work, CCCW Pump Suction Strainer cleaning, attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work (or) replacing old 400 NB Expansion Rubber bellows (or) de-coupling and coupling of motor in case of failure to co-ordinate electrical maintenance work, Alignment checking and coupling with the motor, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Minor welding works : Charges for attending any minor welding work in IA/PA System, ACC System, CCCW System as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

IA/PA LP & HP side water jacket cleaning work : Disassembly of LP and HP water jacket inspection covers of IA/PA Compressor, cleaning the water jacket, renewal of gasket packing, reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

IA/PA Lube Oil Tank Cleaning & Gear pump Inspection work : Disassembly of lube oil gear pump, inspection cleaning, renewal of spares if necessary reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Lifting down the fault ACC gear Box, Lifting up the New Gear Box & Installing New Gear Box or Over Hauled Gear Box at 12 meter Altitude: 1) Decoupling the ACC Gear Box from ACC Fan Motor and ACC Fan Leaf Hub. 2) Safely Dropping down the fault ACC gear Box at altitude of 12 Metre (Approximately) from the Ground level. 3) Safely Lifting up the New Gear Box or Over Hauled Gear Box from Ground level to altitude of 12 Metrs, New oil Filling for Gear Box. 4) Coupling the ACC Gear Box with ACC Fan Motor, ACC Fan Leaf Hub, Checking Bed bolt Tightness, Finally conducting Trial Run and Normalizing the System.

STEAM TURBINE : Periodical Maintenance :

Charges for periodical inspection on STG Oil Pump such as Emergency Oil Pumps, jack oil pumps, OVEFS, centrifuge, arresting of oil leaks etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil level in pumps, MOT through centrifuge, cleaning of cooling water line, cleaning of oil centrifuge, collection of oil leakages if any and topping up through centrifuge, arresting of gland leaks, easing the valve operation etc., wherever necessary, as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of LO cooler, LO filters, Governing system, Emergency stop valves, Control valves and carrying out regular maintenance works like arresting of oil leaks in flanges and valve glands by tightening the glands and replacing of gaskets if required, applying grease wherever necessary, external cleaning of governing system and turbine body and its accessories as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge.

Charges for periodical inspection on surge tank,HP/LP flash tank and STG flash tank, STG waste oil sump pumps, cleaning and keeping the area clean and tidy, attending any defects like manhole leaks, flange leaks etc. by tightening the flanges or by changing the gasket, applying grease to all hand operated valves and easing the operation of the valves as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge.

Charges for welding joints upto 50mm per joint in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of the Steam Turbine and its auxiliaries, HP/IP/LP Bypass station and observe for any gland/bonnet leaks in various valves and rectify the defect by removal of the old gland packing/gasket and replacing new one, lubricating of the valves and easing the valve operation as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge.

Charges for start up work in Steam Turbine (ST) and its auxiliaries, maintenance assistance for valve operations and to attend water/ steam/ Oil leak during start up as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of Hot well drain pumps, Gland steam condenser and gland steam exhaust fans and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning, cleaning and replacement of strainers, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, coupling check and attending valve gland leaks, flange leaks etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and replacement of strainers and filters in STG lube oil system (Governing system filter, control oil filter and JOP filter) etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for welding joints upto 50mm diameter steam/water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of CEP's and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of gland leaks in the system valves, checking of oil level easing valve operation and replacement of gaskets if any etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of Vacuum pump's includes ACW pump cooling towers and connected line etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external of cooling water line arresting of gland leaks etc., wherever necessary per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Breakdown Maintenance : Breakdown maintenance of various pumps and fans in STG: Charges for decoupling, dismantling of the pump assembly, checking of mechanical seal, bearings and replacement if necessary, replacement of casing/impeller wear ring, shaft protection sleeve, impeller and oil labyrinth, cleaning of suction strainer, assembling of the pump, alignment of the pump with motor and coupling, as per the direction of Engineer – in – charge.

LPT atmospheric relief diaphragm renewal Charges for removal of LPT atmospheric relief diaphragm assembly from LP casing of the steam turbine, dismantling the diaphragm, replacement of lead sheet and gaskets, reassembly and installation, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

STG Turning Gear Manual Operation During Failure Engaging gear teeth manually, rotating the hand wheel for STG manual rotor rotation during STG Turning gear failure period, Resuming auto operation of STG Turning gear as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Overhauling of MOV/Hand operated valves and NRVs of various sizes: Charges for disassembling actuator if any, removal of insulation, disassembling valve completely, overhauling of valves including inspection, cleaning of all parts, rectification of minor defects, lapping of valve seat, valve globe/gate and blue matching, assembling of valve, renewal of gland packing, assembling actuator if any, providing insulation, checking of valve operation and completing the work etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Overhauling of Pneumatic Operated Flow Control/Temperature Control / HP Spray Control/Drain Valves: charges for disassembling actuator if any, removal of insulation, disassembling valve completely, overhauling of valves including inspection, cleaning of all parts, rectification of minor defects, lapping of valve seat, valve globe/gate and blue matching, assembling of valve, renewal of gland packing, assembling actuator if any, providing insulation, checking of valve operation and completing the work, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

STG Lube Oil Duplex Filter Cleaning Charges for cleaning and replacement of filter elements in STG lube oil duplex filters, which includes changing over the running filter, drain the lube oil through centrifuge, removal of flange connection in vent line, removal of bolt and opening the top cover, removal of filter elements, cleaning with diesel and air fixing the same or replace the filter elements, closing the top cover, tightening the bolt, slowly charging the filter via charging valve and normalizing the filter etc, including the cost of consumables and T&Ps as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR : Periodical Maintenance :

Charges for periodical inspection of HRSG Phosphate dosing pumps and HRSG drain pit pumps, to carry out cleaning and minor rectification works like arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if necessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of stroke length, lubricating of bearings etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP drum system, HP/IP/LP vent system, safety valves, HP/IP/LP main steam system, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packing's and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easing the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP Feed control Station, HP/IP/LP blowdown system, HP spray control station, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packing's and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easing the valve operation and renewal of gaskets, HRSG manhole door inspection and attending minor leaks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of HP and IP/LP (4 Nos) Boiler feed pumps, all connected pipes and valves in suction & discharge side and to carry out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, cleaning of mechanical seal cooler, suction strainers, arresting of flange leaks, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packing's if required cleaning of cooling water line, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valves wherever necessary as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of Deaerator, Feed Tank, Plate heat Exchanger and connected pipes and valves and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of flange leaks, changing of gaskets, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packing if required, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valve wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of HRSG drain system, flash tanks, IBD and CBD tanks, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packing's and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easing the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for welding joints upto (100 mm Dia) in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Charges for welding joints upto 100mm diameter steam / water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of hydrazine dosing pumps and its auxiliary piping, flanges & tank agitator for carrying out cleaning and rectification works like, attending flange leak & valve gland leaks in the dozing system, arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if necessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of stroke length, lubricating of bearings, etc., as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE WORKS : Breakdown maintenance of various pumps in HRSG : Charges for decoupling, coupling hub removal, checking of bearing, oil labyrinth and mechanical seals and replacing if necessary, replacement of damaged gasket and o ring etc., reinstallation, alignment and coupling after the work was completed, etc., as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Overhauling of MOV/Hand operated valves and NRVs of various sizes: Charges for disassembling actuator if any, removal of insulation, disassembling valve completely, overhauling of valves including inspection, cleaning of all parts, rectification of minor defects, lapping of valve seat, valve globe/gate and blue matching, assembling of valve, renewal of gland packing, assembling actuator if any, providing insulation, checking of valve operation and completing the work etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plate Heat Exchanger for Condensate system Charges for dismantling the plate heat exchanger assembly, for attending any water leakage, removal of plate heat exchanger plates ( 143 nos ) & cleaning the plates, inspection of rubber gaskets, replacing the new gasket if required, again re assembling of plate heat exchanger etc., as per the direction of Engineer -in - charge.

DM PLANT MAINTENANCE : Periodical Maintenance

Charges for periodical inspection of all types of Vertical / Horizontal pumps in DM Plant and other sump pumps etc., observe for any gland leaks, rectify the same by gland tightening or changing of gland packing, lubricating of bearings, cleaning of strainer, keeping the area neat and tidy etc., as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of Air Blowers in DM plant area, external cleaning of the same, keeping them neat and tidy and attending to minor repairs including decoupling of the Blowers, coupling of the same after works, lubricating of bearings, topping up of oil, Alignment works etc., as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of the Pre treatment plant, clarified water system, electronic dozing pumps, cleaning and keeping the area clean and tidy, attending any minor repairs in floculator agitator, flash mixer, electronic dozing pumps etc., as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of De-gassing tower, air blowers of De-gassing tower, caustic lye and HCL storage tank etc., for any defects, external cleaning of the same, keeping the area neat and tidy and carrying out regular maintenance works including minor repair etc., as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Charges for periodical inspection and carrying out the regular maintenance of R.O Booster Pumps, R.O skids, and R.O lines in DM plant, including minor repairs like attending to gland leaks in pumps, valves, flange joints leak, lubricating of pumps, bearings, valves etc and keeping the area neat & tidy., as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Charges for periodical inspection of all types of chemical dosing pumps in DM plant area ,and carrying out rectification of minor defects, cleaning the pumps, arresting of leaks in suction discharge line hoses, checking of dosing, keeping the area neat and tidy etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Routine maintenance and cleaning of Acid and Lye dilution / measuring tank for mixed bed, keeping the area neat & tidy and attending to any minor defects etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Charges for Regular maintenance of all types of valves in D.M. Plant including minor repairs like replacement of stud, stem, diaphragms, actuator bush including replacement of new valves., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Regular maintenance of pipelines of all sizes in DM plant area, such as attending flange leaks, pipelines leaks changing of gasket etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for Replacement of cartridge filter, Removal of old cartridge filter and replacement of new one etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for visual inspection on the dual media filter / activated carbon filter / lime stone filter / keeping the area neat & tidy, carrying out regular maintenance work like attending to any flange leaks in the tank, view glass, manholes, valves etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for minor welding defects : Charges for minor welding defects in steam & water lines and support structures by welding etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for removing the damaged HDPE pipeline and renewal of pipelines and fitting like stub end, flange and bend etc., and welding HDPE joint by special technique upto 100 mm size as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walk down and visual inspection of sludge pumps, waste water area pumps, observe for any abnormal sounds, leak and rectify the same by cleaning the suction strainers, lubricating of bearings, greasing, keeping the area neat and tidy as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Breakdown Maintenance: Breakdown maintenance of various pumps and blowers in DM Plant Charges for Breakdown maintenance and cleaning of all types of Horizontal / vertical pumps or blowers in DM Plant system., including de-coupling of the pump / changing of impeller / Seals / Shaft sleeve / cone plugs wearing and bearings / stuffing box / oil changing etc., alignment and coupling of pumps, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Water pre-treatment tank: Charges for cleaning of clarified water system tank emptying of the clarifier tank, removal of FRB plates one by one, cleaning of the same and refixing the plates, releasing of drain line choke, cleaning of valves and refixing of the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Motor and pump de-coupling & alignment work: Charges for de-coupling of motor, after completion of motor related works coupling of pump and motor and alignment as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fire Protection System: Periodical Maintenance

Regular Maintenance of Fire Hydrant System and Fire water spray system : Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality and visual inspection of the system for any water leakages through gaskets, gland packing's, checking the tightness of the bolts and nuts, greasing of the valve stem & Hydrant valves, washing of the Fire hoses in clear water and drying by natural ventilation, general check-up, general check-up of deluge valve, cleaning of suction strainers of spray system, checking of discharge nozzles, up keeping of the system by through external cleaning and corrective action as required as per the direction of the engineer – in – charge.

Preventive maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguisher and Trolley Mounted Fire Extinguishers: Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality of the extinguishers for any leak, loose hardware, leaky gaskets, Checking the tightness of the bolts, nuts & hoses, checking the nozzle for any obstruction, greasing of cap threads, general check- up , up keeping of the extinguishers by thorough external cleaning, and attending the corrective action as required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Preventive Maintenance of automatic CO2 Flooding System: Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality of the CO2 Flooding System (CO2 banks) for any abnormality and visual inspection of the system for any leak, loose hardware, leaky gaskets, valve leaks, checking the tightness of the bolts & nuts, visual checking of the gas transfer hoses , general check up , up keeping of the system by thorough external cleaning, and attending the corrective action as required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality and external cleaning of diesel engine, checking the coolant and engine oil levels and topping up, cleaning of suction strainers and checking the engine cooling system etc., and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer – in – charge.

To carryout assisting and up keeping the stores at VGTPS / Ramnad by carrying out the following works. 1. Receiving and collecting the supply materials as per the supply / purchase order. 2. Segregate the material and arranging. 3. Cleaning the materials and up keeping the materials. 4. To help the stores officers for the periodical inspection and verification and providing the necessary assistance for any other un foreseen minor works related to the store as directed by the store supervisor. 5. Preparing the inventory of the stores and computerising the spares and materials.

Charges for Periodical inspection of Pumps and blowers in STP and ETP area, observe for any gland leaks rectify the same by gland tightening or changing the gland packing's lubricating of bearings, topping up of oil, keeping the area neat and tidy etc., as directed by the engineer – in – charge.

BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE:- Trace out the actual puncture location in the hydrant and spray lines, isolating the valves for water leak arresting, fabrication and pipeline welding work in Hydrant and spray lines after attending the leak, charging the line for leak testing work etc., and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer – in – charge.

Dismantling the Hydrant line valves/Spray line valves/Sprinkler System valves in Fire fighting system for inspection , greasing/replace the defective valve by new one which will be supplied by TANGEDCO, reassembling the valves and lines, normalize the system etc., as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Labour charges for Replacement of defective N2 / CO2 Cylinders, defective Valves in N2/CO2 Cylinders, Hose lines, etc., in the CO2 flooding the system, and refilling of N2 and Co2 gas, leak testing, and normalising the system, etc. (cylinders, valves, hoses, N2 , CO2 will be supplied by the TANGEDCO) as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Vertical Pump: Break down maintenance of all types of vertical pumps in ETP and STP systems etc, like cleaning suction strainers, decoupling of pump and motor, inspection of pump internals, replacing the impeller / casing wearing / Bearing / Oil seals etc and assembling the pump, coupling the pump with motor as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Break down maintenance of Blowers in AHU & STP system: Break down maintenance of Blowers in AHU & STP system, removal of V Belts, dismantling of Air Blowers in STP, inspection of bearings, gears, impellers / lobes, seals etc, replacement of worn out parts, if required, assembling of the blowers, alignment of the blower with motor and refixing of V- Belts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

HDPE line Joints: Labour Charges for removing the damaged HDPE pipeline in ETP and STP systems and renewal of pipelines and fitting like stub end, flange and bend etc., and welding HDPE joint by special technique upto 100 mm size as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Electronic Dosing Pumps: Dismantling of the suction & discharge tubes of the pump, checking the pump internals / replacement of worn out parts of the pumps and assembling of the same, checking of its stroke and connecting suction and discharge tubes of the pump after completion of the work in ETP and STP system etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of 60 TR centralized AC system for any abnormal noise, leak in 60TR centralized AC units of MCR including attending minor defects as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of 60 TR centralized AC system for checking and cleaning of AC Plant inlet/outlet ducts and checking of damper operation etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of AHU in 60 TR centralized AC system for removing 2sets of evaporator Air intake filters for cleaning with air and water, re fixing evaporator air intake places etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of Air handling system in 60 TR centralized AC unit for cleaning evaporator coil fins with water & air as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of Condensing unit of 60TR capacity AC Compressor in Centralized AC system for inspection safety relief valve, internal cleaning by using of HCL Acid / water, etc., as per the direction Engineer In charge.

Charges for Periodical inspection of ventilation blower of cable spreader room for attending minor defects and adjustment of belt tension / replacement of belts in the Blower, replacement of worn out parts, assembling of the blowers alignment of the blower with motor, greasing and normalizing etc, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE: Charges for breakdown work in 60TR capacity AC Compressor unit including decoupling the motor by releasing the coupling, dismantling the external covers of compressor unit, inspection of compressor internals for any damages, replacement of suction / discharge reeds, if necessary, attending minor rectification works and refilling of R22 gas, motor to compressor alignment checking as per the direction of engineer in charge. (The required spares, lube oil, N2 and R22 gas will be supplied by TNPGCL)

Charges for 60TR capacity AC Compressor condensing unit Checking the complete unit with 1.25 times of the operating pressure with N2, attending any leak if leak is there as per the direction Engineer In charge.

Breakdown maintenance of Various Pumps in ACW and ETP, STP System: Charges for disassembly of various size Horizontal pumps in ACW and ETP, STP System for ACW system Inspection of internal parts, cleaning, rectification / renewal of parts, re-assembly (gaskets, spares will be supplied by the TNPGCL) normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Charges for overhauling of Cooling Tower in the ACW system Cleaning, inspection and changing the defective parts such as Fills, Floats, Blades, Fan etc., as per the direction Engineer In charge. (which will be supplied by the TNPGCL).

Charges for breakdown work in Air Handling unit of MCR including dismantling of external covers of AHU, removal of Air Filters, inspection/replacement of Gas Expansion Valve, visual inspection for any damages in evaporator coil, leak testing with N2 Gas, attending leak if any by brazing, thorough cleaning of evaporator coil with air & water, Refilling of R22 gas, testing and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (N2 and R22 gas will be supplied by TNPGCL)

Charges for Disassembly of Tyre Coupling of 60 TR AC Compressor in centralized system Inspection of all parts, cleaning, rectification / renewal of parts, re-assembly (Coupling Tyre, spares will be supplied by the TNPGCL) alignment checking with motor and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Charges for overhauling the Ventilation Damper, checking the damper open / close position and its blades / replacing the worn-out parts / blades, inspecting the Ducts / replacing the corroded portion of the ducts for the Cable gallery Room, etc., as per the direction Engineer-in-charge. The required spares will be supplied by the TNPGCL.

Charges for breakdown work in Ventilation system Blowers by removing the belt, pulley & bearings for any damages, replacement of pulley/bearings, if necessary, cleaning the blower (or) decoupling & coupling of motor, alignment checking, assembling & normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge
