Item No 24 : Preparation of new/old road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of min 1.5mm thick single coat as in centre line, side line road marking of 150/100 mm width, using HOT MARK by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including ingredients such as blinders, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inert filler, thermoplastic requirments for glass beads shall be the table no. 800.4 of MOST specifications, including spraying of glass etc all as manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 25 : S&F stainless steel post (grade of 304)of outer dia not less than 60mm and wall thickness not less than 1.5mm, including cutting to required sizes, reviting/ welding etc, to stainless steel board embedding/ erecting in post holes, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 26 : Letters or figure(Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) reflective type not exceeding 15cm high, suitable size made out of Retro Reflective High Intensity as on signage board as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 27 : S&F of stainless steel sheet (grade of steel 304) of thickness not less than 16 gauge and size 4'x3' as in signage board, including sheeting on both sides with fully retro reflective tape of High intensity Plastic (HIP) of blue or any other colour, as required, and written on both sides with letters in High intensity Plastic (HIP) reflective sheet of white colour as approved, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- S&F High intensity plastic (HIP) letters shall be paid for seperately. Make- Dark Eye/3M /Equivalent as approved by GE.

SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM

DG SET

Item No 101 : Supplying, installing, commissioning & testing of Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 62.5 kVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 complete all as specified and directed with the following :- (A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 62.5 kVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in a position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722.The Alternator shall be:- i) Insualation class - 'H‘ ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H‘ iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accosted by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details coolant cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- i)Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (C) CONTROL PANEL :- The standard microprocessor based control panel shall be fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated in side and out side and shall display as follows:- (i) Voltage of all Three phases, (ii) Current of all Three phases, (iii) Frequency, (iv) Bus bar Chamber with aluminium busbar of cap 100 Amps - 04 Nos, (v) C.T. 100/5 Amps - 03 Nos. (vi) MCCB TPN, of appropriate capacity - 01 No .

D) Accoustic Enclosure with built in AMF panel :- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform viii) The fuel tank is to be located in Sub Station Building and cost of the fuel lines is deemed to be included in the offer. ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

(E) ENGINE INSTRUMENTS PANEL :- All relevant Para meter shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel there by providing easy monitoring of lubricant oil pressure, coolant temperature battery charging ammeter, RPM and hour meter, starting switch etc. NOTE:- The minimum fuel tank capacity should be such that the DG Set can run up to 12 Hrs continuously.

(a) Fire man switch

(b) Automatic rescue devide (ARD) during power failure including manual operation provision with suitable capacity of battery designed for running the lift with full load.

c) Battery operated emergency light (LED ceiling fitting), alarm (speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed) and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement for battery.

d) Two sleek circular LED light fitting in false ceiling .

e) One Sleek circular PVC heavy duty fan in false ceiling. Make for(c) & (d) : Philips / Bajaj / Havells / Crompton Greaves.

k) Car size shall be in conformity with IS-3534-1976 and body to be of stainless steel of 16 gauge grade SS -316, mirror finish with stainless steel hand rail 38 mm hairline finish.

l) Car door finish in stainless steel grade SS -316, mirror finish with hairline finish.

m) Set of three in number limit switches at the bottom and top most position of lift hoist ways as specified in IS.

n) Car opening panel should be stylish, touch, sensitive glass panel.
