Taking down the defective induction motor of any make 415 volt 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed by decoupling with pump transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of same, replacement of bearing back to site and with and transporting with the pump necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing and re-assembling the motor completly with all connections including repir/replacement brass bush of suitable size complete all as specified and directed for following capacity.

(iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted is deemed to be inclusive of above provision. Electricity / diesel shall not be provided by the Department. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside each OH Tank / UG sump so as to have an un interrupted water supply to the users.

Taking out submersible pump set of up to 12.5HP capacity with 50mm dia GI column pipes from the bore well of depth upto 230 metres for carrying out repairs and lowering the same in position and commissioning after carrying out the repairs as required including testing complete all as directed.

M&L for Development of tube well by compressed air 21 - 25 PSI up to 230 mtr deep and afterwards with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water till clear water is received complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include :- (i) levelling of ground for vehicle movement and site clearance after tubewell development. (ii) Any damage that caused during development of tubewell shall be made good by contractor without extra cost to department.

Removing old unserviceable column pipe as obtained from taking down of submersible pump set and S&F new GI column pipe 50mm dia heavy duty with GI socket, 3 metre length each including both ends machine threaded with long threaded socket complete all as directed. Make : Zenith/Tata/Jindal Note: 3 Mtrs pipe, both side threaded socket shall be measured as one unit

Supply and laying PVC insulated, water proof cable PVC sheathed, Multistranded copper conductor 1100V, 3 core, 6 sqmm flat cable suitable for submersible pump and connecting with necessary ferrules/water proof joints complete including taking down unserviceable cable all as directed Make : Finolex/Universal/Havells/Polycab

Taking the submersible pump set of up to 12.5 HP capacity from site to workshop and back and dismantling of pump set at workshop overhauling including replacement of worn out spares and re-assembling the pump set after repair inlcuding scrubbing old paint and applying two coats of machine paint over a coat of red oxide primer and testing complete all as directed.
