Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) on roof surface as a leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing water proofing treatment/ tar felt and roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc and 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous primer 1.20 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster as per manufacturer's instructions, manufactured by the same agency of APP membrane. Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-after. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. Complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for preparation of of newly surfaces of APP membrane and applying two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L double charge premium quality light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (600 x 600 mm) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and pattern of tile as approved by GE.

M&L for (450mm x300mm ) x 7 mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in dado/vertical services set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface incl 15 mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour and pattern of tile as approved by GE.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite machine cut as in steps, window cills, cooking platform, working table, jambs/risers etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing and 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (colour of granite will be decided by the GE).

M&L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25 mm thick fixed independently and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, window cills, jambs, soffits etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB or equivalent specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.(Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to wall & slab) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for drilling of hole 12 mm dia and depth 110 mm dia in brick masonry, after cleaning hole with electric blower and brush, filling hole with dispencing chemical HDM -500 dispencer up to 75% of whole volume with injectable mortar HIT-HY 70 330/2 or equivalents items in Ramset, G E Brand, inserting threaded anchor rod HAS-E RM 10/90/61 of HILTI item No 333123 or equivalent items in Ramset, G E Brand , allow to setup to rest towards including testing. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling of hole 12 mm dia and depth 110 mm dia in RCC member , after scanning with Rebar ditector machine (HILTI PS 35)or equivalents items in Ramset, G E Brand cleaning hole with electric blower and brush, filling hole with dispencing chemical HDM -500 dispencer up to 75% of whole volume with injectable mortar HIT-HY 200-R-500/2 or equivalents items in Ramset, G E Brand, inserting threaded anchor rod HAS-E RM 10/90/61 of HILTI item No 333123 or equivalent items in Ramset, G E Brand , allow to set up to rest towards including testing. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces incl using richer mix for making corners if necessary incl making grooves of existing size and necessary two legged MS pipe scaffolding as wherever required incl curing required upto G plus 3rd floor bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster on chajja top and soffits Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces incl using richer mix for making corners if necessary incl making grooves of existing size and necessary two legged MS pipe scaffolding as wherever required incl curing required upto G plus 3rd floor bldg complete all as specified and directed.
