Immersive Courtroom Theatre: Fabrication and Integration Job Work

Elevated Stage: Fabrication of a robust, modular, fire-retardant stage platform, permanently elevated between 300-500mm for optimal visibility. The stage must utilize a heavy-duty Mild Steel support framework, securely bolted to the gallery floor, and clad with structural plywood/MDF. The interior must be designed to house animatronics control units, wiring, and the Motorized Platform mechanisms.

Humanoid (Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of an advanced AI-powered Humanoid Robot with simulated skin for interactive public engagement and information dissemination at Government premises. The humanoid system shall feature natural language processing, multilingual voice interaction (minimum English & Hindi), AI-based conversational capability, gesture-enabled communication, HD camera system, integrated display screen, and high-quality audio system. The robot should support autonomous or stationary operation (as required), obstacle detection (if mobile), and minimum 6–8 hours battery backup. The scope includes customized content development for Government schemes/programs, cloud-enabled content management system, remote monitoring capability, API integration support, staff training, branding customization, and complete technical documentation. The vendor shall provide delivery, on-site installation, testing, trial run, minimum one-year comprehensive onsite warranty, and post-warranty AMC support. The system must comply with applicable safety, electrical, and data security standards as per Government norms.)

Supply and installation of high-performance Gyproc drywall systems. Framework: Gypframe GI steel framework consisting of floor/ceiling tracks 50mm or 72mm and vertical studs 48mm or 70mm spaced at 610 mm centres. Boarding: Encased with 12.5 mm thick Gyproc (Plain/MR/Fireline) gypsum boards, fixed using 25mm drywall screws at 300mm intervals. 48 density rockwool incased in panneling for Acoustics where needed. Finishing: Joints taped with fiber tape and finished with two coats of Gyproc jointing compound to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Wall fabrication members to be designed to support the backdrop LED screen

Providing and Fixing of False floor (Stage 450 to 600 Mm Height From Floor) with MS tubular section of 50mmX50mm/75mmX75mm/as per requirement of desired thickness with appropriate spacing and necessary welding at junctions including application of 25mm to 32mm thick BWR grade plywood/board of Greenply/Century ply or eqv fixed to base with 2mm thk MS plate of desired size and base properly welded with all fasteners and necessary hardware's with edge profiles, beadings etc all complete as per approved design. The rate is also inclusive of two coats of MS primer on the frame structure and one to two coats of anti termite oil finish on ply board. Stages to be finished in approved loop pile carpet. Rate to include steps to access the stage & trapdoors in the false floor for maintenance including stage automation

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12mm Gypsum board at 600 to 1500mm from slab level ; maintain appropriate clear height from FFL including providing and fixing of frame work made of MS galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) and consisting of angle cleats with flanges at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm diameterx 50mm long with 6mm diameterbolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels running with intermediate channel with connecting clips with G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels along the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joint , all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, Trap doors, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting Inclusive of all - fixtures, fittings, hardware, hanging system, electrical, mechanical or any other mechanism required to make it functional.
