BED HARD (MAP) [DRG NO : FD/E6/MAP/08(R)]

Removing of old unserviceable pre laminated particle board from head board of bed hard and S&F new one 18mm thick pre-laminated medium density fibre board with ISI mark (ISI-2406) both side Mysore teak shade (matt finish), exterior grade of with PVC edging and to be fixed with machine screw as per drawing and specification complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.01 but for foot board .

Welding to existing broken/cracked joints of bed hard and grinding for even and smooth gas welding complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Welding of broken/cracked joints shall be counted one point for one joint)

S&F 8mm dia bolts and nuts and tightening the steel framing structure of bed hard as in repair as per drg and specification complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each bolts and nuts shall be measured as one unit)

M&L removal of old paint from surfaces of steel framing structure and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel black paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by spray gun, to all sides of steel framing structure of bed hard complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable hard rubber shoe from leg and S&F with new one as per existing of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable top ply from bed hard and S&F 12mm thick ply wood (7 ply) commercial of BWR gde, securing with 8mm dia round head countersunk bolts and nuts with washer (08 Nos) as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Charpoy MS with MNF Set [Drg No: CWE/C/F/04]

Removing of old worn out/unserviceable ply top of charpoy MS and S&F 12mm thick (7 ply) BWR gde type BB plywood securing with 8mm dia round head countersunk bolts and nuts with washer as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Welding to broken joints of charpoy MS and grinding for even and smooth gas welding complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Welding of each broken joints shall be counted as one point)

M&L for preparing old steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint(First quality) OG/Gray paint before fixing the ply hard top complete all as specified and directed.

Hat Stand with Mirror [Drg No FD-233/361]

Removing of old damaged mirror and S&F new mirror of 5 to 5.5mm thick mirror as per drg or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of old damaged back side ply and S&F new back side ply 6 mm thick BWR quality as per drg or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing old damaged front ply and S&F new front ply 4mm thick BWR quality one side teak face as per drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old damaged hooks and S&F new brass hook to Hat stand and all as per drg or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of wood polish high glossy/ French polish all exposed wood surface as per drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Peg Table [Drawing No FD-277] Removing following unserviceable components from Peg Table and S&F new components as per the following and fixing the same without disturbing the other parts complete wherever shown on drawing and making functional the furniture as per drg and specification:-

Top of peg table made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade in teak shade on one side conforming to ISI-12823 and white melamine on the other side with 4mm thick teakwood edging all round, duly French polished

Charpoy folding IP with plywood top [Drg No: FD-388(R)]

Welding to broken joints of charpoy IP folding and grinding for even and smooth gas welding and tightening with iron rivets complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Welding of each broken joints shall be counted as one point)

Removing of old worn out/unserviceable ply top and S&F 9mm thick 5 ply BWR grade type BB plywood in two pieces with 04 Nos (each pieces) 6mm dia countersunk round head bolts and nuts with washer in existing holes and tubular frame of charpoy shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint after scrapping/cleaning surfaces by sand paper for smooth painting and legs provided with hard rubber toes before fixing the plywood hard top complete all as specified and directed.

Bed Plywood Top with MNF Set [Drg No FD-21(M), FD-246]

S&F Top of bed plywood made out of 12mm thick, 7 ply, grade BWR, type BB commercial ply (IS-303) including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Head Board with legs made of teak wood covered with 4mm thick plywood 3 ply grade BWR, type BB, with decorative face veneers on one face including taking down old one complete all as per drawing/as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Foot Board with legs made of teak wood covered with 4mm thick plywood 3 ply grade BWR, type BB, with decorative face veneers on one face including taking down old one complete all as per drawing/as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Long rail made out of Ist Class hard wood (Teak wood) including taking down old one complete all as per drawing/directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable ply top of charpoy GI pipe and S&F 12mm thick 7 ply BWR gde type BB securing with 6mm dia round head countersunk bolts and nuts with washer (08 Nos) as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Long Rail made of 32 mm bore (medium grade) galvanised iron pipe of Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only Short rail, made of 32 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) of Charpoy GI pipe (retrieved against item No. 5.02 above) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only Legs, made of 32 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade)of Charpoy GI (retrieved against item No. 5.03 above), with and including 3 mm thick mild steel square plate, welded to bottom of legs, projecting 5 mm peripherially outer dia of leg and provision clamps for MNF set, as per drawing and specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32 mm bore galvanised iron three-way elbow (ISI marked) of Charpoy GI incl taking down existing elbow complete all as specified and directed.
