Work of re-arrangement of existing 33KV Overhead feeder no. F-1 and F-16 of 132/33KV Sub Station Sub Station feeding power to 33/3.3KV GPT Sub Station, Gevra Area.

Steel fabrication work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Fabrication of 04 nos. steel tower of 22m length with square base of 1m x 1m and top 0.3m x 0.3m (as per drawing provided along with the NIT) Weight 1500 Kg./tower = 6000 Kg.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and good soil after laying of cable / pipe etc. in layers of 20cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters. (For 04 nos. towers) (Pit size 1.75 x 1.75 x 1.25m =3.83 cu.m. each x 04 towers =15.32 cu.m. total)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified Cu.m. grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Pile size 1.75 x 1.75 x 1.75m = 5.36 cu.m. each x 04 towers = 21.44 cu.m. total)

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete Nos. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregare 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of galvanised stay set for 33KV overhead lines complete with 19/20mm dia x 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm x 7.5mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00mm dia GI stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregare 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11/22/33 KV overhead lines as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire / V shape two wire, angle iron / channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular / rail / PCC pole for 11/22/33KV as required.

Supplying & erection of 33KV pin insulator complete with large steel head GI pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of a set of three 11KV disc insulator for 33KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball & socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection / stringing of ACSR Dog conductor including binding Km etc. as required.

Supplying & Painting and numbering of poles, as required.

Supplying & Erection of Anti climbing devices and danger Board on poles, as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Dismantling of pole / street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of Copper / Aluminium over head conductor, Gl wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead. (Dismantling of 03 nos. existing towers of 1500Kg each)
