WBM Grading 3 Using stone sceening Type- B 11.2mm for Gr. III-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(A) By Manual Means.

Interlocking concrete block pavement- Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504. A) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (i) Sandy materials

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Stone masonry work in Cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing and technical sopecifications clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1204, Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1;4 .

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 fine sand), 15 mm thick on brick work in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical specification clause 613.4 and 1204.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand), 800 mm X 600 mm rectanglular.
