Procurement will be made from OEM or from their authorized dealer only. Authorized dealer must upload valid tender specific authorization along with offer.

Bidder must upload clause wise compliance to attached specification, otherwise their offer will not be considered.

Bidder must upload minimum 01 No. PO, 01 No. commissioning certificate and 01 number 'Satisfactory' performance report for same/similar machine from IR / PSU unit.Performance report should not be older than 03 years from bid opening date.

EMD as per clause 8.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.

Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non- MSE firm.
