Material and labour walling for squared rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabad/Bangalore type, ell bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (usiing 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in band, coping, bed block for fixing post/grill including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 15mm thick cement plaster on stone surfaces or other than fair brick surfaces in cm (1:4) including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Dismantaling cement conrete tiles floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour for providing mild steel work as in posts and struts steel conforming to grade Fe 290 Gde 165. in fencing 'Y' shaped brackets etc. fabricated from angle iron section including all necessary cutting, welding, drilling holes, bolting, riveting etc., fixed on top of RCC wall for holding concertina coil & barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge;

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm with or girth an applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring including making good galvanised 2 strand steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc only including making good staples etc complete all as spcified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc only including making good staples etc complete all as spcified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable concertina coil and Supply and fix galvanised punched tape 1A concertina coil 450mm dia stretch length 6m fixed or welded to angle iron brackets and fixing to barbed wire with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh (Chain link fencing etc) any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanised fencing, any size or type..

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standerds, rails, straining bolts, etc. includin provission of binding wire.

Excavating post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting our hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (Machine made) with hexaganal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 20mm thick granite slab (of any type) machine cut, table rubbed and grinded and polished as in gate pillars/wall clading etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor (1:4) including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates includes for mixing and spreading of Sand and saw dust in proporation 1:1 and laid in slopes or an inclined angle of 60 degree upward direction and necessary consolidation / compaction complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.
