Supply and fix GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide including black top, sub base and WBM, well ramming in layers with watering after laying of RCC /GI pipe under road making good in all respect to match with the existing surface all as directed by E-in-charge.

Supplying laying & testing of XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cable end joint boxes 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11kV HT Cable heat shrinkable indoor / outdoor type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement indicating lamps from cubical panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of voltmeter 0 to 500 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge . (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 kV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Cost of collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength etc complete included in the rate quoted for this item

Disconnecting the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled wire / copper strip of exsisting size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop. Notes (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation is deemed to include in quoted rates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on polymer based insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 25-50Amps and connected with suitable size of ACSR conductor as jumper between GOD and DO fuse, with 11 KV HT PVC sleeve, with all fittings/accessories for current rating 200 Amps ,including taking down of only 3 fuses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Fixing chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement X-volt insulating mats 2.5 mm thick in roll size of 1Mtr x 10Mtr including suitable adhesive for fixing it on the floor/surface to be laid in electrical power house/sub stations, to suit IS 15652:2006 to provide earth insulation for 11 KV voltage system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing LT Cables and other connection and strip opening of Servo stablizers of up to 100 KVA 433 Volts indoor /out door type of any make after unscrewing nuts/bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather tempreture gauge for replacement of defective LT coils /replacement of drain valve paper insulation strip electronics cards of each phase (RYB) etc and other defective parts i.e servo motor , out in terminals (payment of defective replaced parts shall be measured and paid separetly reassembling after replacing the defective coils parts and replacing the top gasket sheet and other insulating packing materials and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed where as for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.

M&L for replacement of servo motor for upto 100 KVA of existing model and capacity including testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge
