Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of LT switch gear panel powder coated suitable for 415 Volt 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply for electrical power distribution. The panel shall be indoor free standing floor mounted sheet metal clad cubical dead front dust and vermin proof type enclosure, compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 16SWG sheet steel complete with aluminium bus bars, separate 2 Nos GI earth bus bars to be provided through out the length of the panel. The panel should have base channel of size 50mm painted black. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a modular, multi-tier arrangement, adequate size cable alleys, painting, earthing, sign writing danger notice plate etc complete as reqd. The Panel shall be comprising of following :- (I) INCOMING :- (A) 200 Amp TP MCCB ( 25 KA breaking capacity ) -1 No. ( Make :- L&T/GE) (B) 0-500 volts ( 96mmX96mm) size digital voltmeter (Risheb make) with VSS --- 1 No. (C) 0-200 Amp ( 96mm X 96mm ) Size C.T operated digital ammeter ( Rishab make) with ASS-- 1 No. (D) 200/5A C.Ts-- 01 Set ( 3 Nos) (E) RYB phase indication lamps -- 3 Nos. (II) BUS BAR :- TPN Aluminum bus bar rated for 300 Amp suitably insulated and covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve -- 1 Set ( 4 Nos) (III) OUTGOING :- (a) 100 Amp ( 18 KA breaking capacity ) TP MCCB with neutral link -- 04 Nos. Supplying and making end terminations with brass compression glands and Al. thimbles / lugs for cables of sizes upto 70 sq.mm i/c crimping etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling of existing end terminations of cables of various sizes from existing old panel and then refixing / reconnecting those cables / end terminations in new panel i/c carrying out minor civil work ( i.e. breaking the wall for making the hole for cable entry ),testing and commissioning the panel etc. complete as reqd.
