The Execution Partner must have successfully completed a single contract of similar nature and complexity, valued at a minimum of Rs. 3 Crore in the last 3 years
Execution Partener must have minimum of 5 years of operational experience preferred
Proven track record in executing the skilling projects in relevant sectors
The EP must be a registered legal entity in India, such as a Private/Public Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership firm
The OEM must have an active presence in India, either through registered office, authorized representatives, or dedicated support infrastructure
The OEM must have an established presence across multiple countries, demonstrating its ability to support and scale operations globally
Must comply with applicable statutory requirements
OEM / Execution Partner must have valid ISO or other relevant certificates.
The OEM must possess comprehensive manufacturing certifications applicable to Process Control/Automation/Electrical Technologies
Bidder must submit a notarized Document which is not later than 3 months old prior to the Tender Date, that the Company/or any subsidiary of the Company/ Partners/ Stake holding Members of the Bidding Company have not been barred from participation of Tenders/Dealings/Business with any Government OR Private Organizations any time
The supplier must either be a principal company (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an Authorized Dealer quoting on behalf of the OEM. They must have manufacturing / after sales service centers operative in Karnataka for at least 3 years and the same to be supported by authenticated Documentary proof
The supplier must have manufacturing/after sales service centre in Karnataka for at least 3 years and the same to be supported with documentary proof
The Execution partener must demonstrate an average turnover of Rs15 Crore over the last three (3) financial years
Average Annual Turnover of the OEM must be Rs.500 Crore or more over the last three (3) financial years
