Taking down copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. including paint tuch up to match with the existing surface as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCB /MCCB (any type and capacity) and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board, switch fuse unit, enclosureand making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Existing old unserviceable submain wiring of any description /type size and removal of unserviceable material from site and making good the disturbed surface of walls / ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- charge .

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn through new PVC conduit/casing capping of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia on surface of stone/concrete wall /roof etc all as per site requirement including FRLS,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor cable of size 1.50 sqmm as earth conductor as per proper colour coding and pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with sink into the wall for mounting, 60mm deep covered including laminated sheet cover 3mm thick laminated hylam sheet fixed with cadmium plated screws/PVC gang box fully enclosed type for mounting switches,sockets,fan regulator, etc including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and paint tuch up to match with the existing surfaces as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board single door type SPN 12 way sheet steel powder painted with bus bar ,neutral link & earth bar etc.with IP 43 degree of protection flushing in wall including connecting up all incoming and outgoing circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of high efficacy recess luminaire suitable for surface mounting with high brightness 18 W LED 5700K complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells Cat No. LHEAABP7IL1W018 or its equivalent in Havells/CG.

Disconnecting ceiling fans of any sweep and from any height including electrical connections, bringing down, dismantling, opening up, cleaning internally and externally, overhauling by replacing unserviceable items such as split pins, bearings, bushes, copper flexible cord, cotter pins and check nuts etc, lubrication with approved lubricants, reassembling including replacement of worn-out /defective parts and refixing for smooth functioning and connecting cable from ceiling rose to fan including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out burnt copper winding wire from fan, cleaning the rotor shaft properly and rewinding with new super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size/ gauge including heating/ varnishing etc complete as per manufacturer's design for the following fans:-

Taking Down water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of any make of 25 / 50 ltr capacity after disconnecting the existing electrical connection, water pipes and reassembling in all respects after replacing unserviceable parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and refixing in the original place/position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately vide 49.01 to 49.04. However labour cost of replacement is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and earth strip protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electircal plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of LED security light fitting 25 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs In-built replaceable electronic driver complete housed in pressure die-cast aluminium alloy covered with polycarbonate cover with IP66 degree of protection and fixing on existing bracket on OTM & Md accn duly removing existing unserviceable street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement of GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Security Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and testing of maintenance free chemical earthing system confirming to IS: 3043 and as per the detailed specification given below : (a) Earth Electrode : The Earth electrode shall be non-corrosive, solid steel round rod of size 17.20mm dia, 3000mm long, made of high tensile low carbon steel with molecularly bonded copper coating of thickness 250 microns on the outside. (b) Bore hole : The electrode shall be installed in a 100mm dia 3000mm deep augured bore hole. (c) Ground enhancing compound : The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing carbon based backfill compound suitable for any type of soil. The quantity of ground enhancing compound shall not be less than 30 Kg per pit. (d) Earth termination clamp : The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earth continuity conductor with stainless steel hardware. (e) Earth chember : PCC chamber 300 x 300 x 300mm with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system on 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete. The Chamber shall be flushed with the ground surface. (f) Earth point test box: Copper strip of size 25X3 mm size, 200mm long mounted on insulators and enclosed in MS sheet box made of 2 mm thick and size 250X200X120 mm sloped top outdoor type duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be provided at a suitable location. (g)Copper Strip : Copper strip of size 25X3 mm from earth pit to test point box upto 7.5 meter.

Material and Labour for earthing pit display boards made out of 3mm thick MS sheet of size 30 x 35cm welded to 75cm long 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6(with 20mm stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the letters on plate for showing the following details: 1. M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried 6cm dept in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including porcelain vitreous white seperators and fixing screws with brazing at each possible joint etc. as required 20X3mm copper strip all directed.

Supply, mix and pouring the magnesium sulphate either through the existing watering pipe of by making holes surrounding the earth pit @ the rate of 05 Kg per pit for charging the earth pit for improving the ER values including measuring and recoding the value to achieve the result less than 01 Ohm.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of LT Panel cubical types suitable for wall mounting, for out door use, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, totaly enclosed of size not less than Box size - 600x550x300mm & supported with lugs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket & sealed for vermi proof and dust proof and mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragement with handle at front and openable at front with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) High conductivity aluminium bus bar of size - 500 mm x 40mm x 5mm (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set.
