PART-B (WORK)

Survey & Profilling

Check survey

Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling, wartering and leveling . The work to be done manually.

Setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for following 132KM M/C towers.

Cost of concreting for all types of 132KV Narrow base tower foundation including cost of cost of cement, core sand stone, grid, dewatering shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete (RCC+PCC)

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting, welding, bending, placing, them in foundation pits.

Erection of super structure of 132KV Narrow base towers and their extention including all works above ground level and fitting of danger plate, number plate, phase plate, bird guard etc but excluding hoisting of Insulator, hardware & accessories.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height one section or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 10 /12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of all material

Transportation of tower parts, conductor, earthwire and all associated materials to complete the work, including shifting up to loading point, loading into vehicle at 220KV S/S Ghazipur, Transportation and unloading at site approx 20Km.

Supply & laying of 24 Core OPGW on 132KV Line. The work includes supply of OPGW of 24 core with its all associated accessories & laying including testing, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping, jointing/splicing etc. and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

De-stringing of conductor, de-hosting of insulator, rolling of dismantled conductor and all associated work of all three conductor.

De-stringing of OPGW, rolling of dismantled OPGW and all associated work.

Laying, stringing tensioning, clamping jointing etc.complete with ACSR panther conductor including hoisting of insulators. Fitting of all necessary hardwares and accessories i.e. fitting armour rods, vibration dampers etc. on all three pahses of 132 KV DC lines.

Pipe type earthing. (Rates incldes cost of coke & salt excavation, backfilling and other associated work.

Dismantling of tower, stacking of tower parts and all associated work.

Transportation of dismantled material including shifting upto loading point, loading into vehicle, transportation & unloading at 220 KV S/S Ghazipur store of approx 20 Km.
