M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital design glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 300 x 450 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to wall with 10 mm thik cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 , set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the same including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm angle valve chromium plated with wall flange and fancy type with high pressure screwed down and with CP flange of same make complete all as specified and directed.
