Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of existing rubber beading/strip from aluminium window glass, fixing the same glass to existing window(2/3/4 track window size exc 1.50 sqm) with new PVC rubber beading/strip without any damage/crack to window glass and filling the window gaps with silicon sealant, required necessary fitting, replace bottom rollers,locking facility to each window pane,clean the are with vaccum cleaner,accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- No separate payment not made to contractor for removing,refixing and damage parts for this Job

Taking down hood covers of gear operated rolling shutters of opening width exc 4.00 m and height exc 5.00 m, keeping shutter for repair, cleaning old grease, dust etc from gear box, vertical rod, bushes, bearings, springs and guide channels, complete lightening of shutter, strips and other parts, greasing/oiling of all moving components incl springs, minor welding works if required and replacement of worn out/unserviceability or rolling shutter for proper functioning.

All as per SI item no 5 here-in-before but width n exc 4.00 m and height n exc 5.00 m.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaceof walls, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over 3 mm thcik wall care putty with smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.
