Replacement of wornout electro mechanical components of 415V, 3 phase 110 ampere LT control panel at pumping station Jaganoo stage-1st. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller unit and 110 ampere 3 pole power contactors-2no., voltmeter, amperemeter, CTs and fuse set with new corresponding components conforming to same rating and specifications. Making of the complete internal control wiring afresh with flexible PVC copper wire of appropriate rating with proper thimbling. Shifting the assembled unit to the site and then testing on no load and then on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Providing and fitting of mechanical components to 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono submersible pump Installed at Dibber by way of extraction of damaged mono submersible pump by drawing out MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block and shifting the unit to workshop. Dismantling and extraction of the internal assembly from the pump and providing and fitting of new components viz. thrust pad-01 , cast iron impeller-1no, check nut-1no. Repair to rotor shaft remetalling and finishing, fabrication and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Assembling of complete unit. Shifting back pump to the pumping station and then lowering in the Dugwell by lowering the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. Testing the pump sets on full load.
