Removal and disposal of plastic bottles, plastic bags, papers and other waste material from the track on daily basis in AK Yard & BD Yard under the Jurisdiction of Sr.DEN (East) BSL.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-Not Applicable to this Tender As the cost of Tender is less than Rs.50 Lakh eligibility criteria is not applicable . However in terms of Rly.Board's Circular No.2013/CE-1/CT/0/25/VOC Dt.05/08/2013-Financial Capacity,Capability,Past Experience of Tenderer should be examined considering existing work load of the Tenderer) Documents testifying tenderer's previous experience & financial status should be produced alongwith the tender or when desired by competent authority of the Central Railway. Tenderer[s] who has / have not carried out any work so far on this Railway & who is/are not borne on the approved list of the contractors of Central Railway should submit along with his / their tender credential to establish- (i)His capacity to carry out the works satisfactorily. (ii) His financial status supported by bank reference & other documents. (iii)Certificates duly attested & testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited with list of works carried out in the past.

Tenderers may please note - During lockdown period (declared due to COVID - 2019 pandemic) - A) Necessary authority to travel to site of work on a specific request indicating date shall be issued by Railway Administration to facilitate site visit. B) TC meetings and Negotiation can be conducted through online Video/Audio chat on conference call. Record of same should be kept.

Penalty Clause: The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that alldeployed staff register their attendance through the bio- matrixsystem on a daily basis. Penalty Clause: In the event that anylocation designated for rag picking on railway tracks is foundunattended, a penalty of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only)per day shall be imposed on the contractor for first instance. Inthe event of a second or any subsequent occurrence, thepenalty may be increased up to double.
