Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA servo controlled Voltage stabilizer factory assembled floor mounted, complete (As per BIS 9815) with safety control and metering equipment mounted on common base frame comprising of following complete all as specified and as directed with the following accessories: (a) Servo controlled technology (b) Type -Three Phase, indoor, unbalanced supply, unbalance load (c) Oil cooling type (d) Testing - As per IS : 9815 (part I) (Reaffirmed-2019) and IS: 2026 (e) Input voltage - 300 V - 480 V Ph to Ph (f) Output Voltage - 415+/- 1 % (g) Frequency - 50 Hz +/- 5 % (h) metering - Digital Microprocessor based (i) Efficiency - Not less than 95 % (j) Responsible time - less than 10 mili second (k) Insulation Resistance (IR)- More than 10 Mega ohms at 500 V DC (l) Protections Provided - Over load, short circuit Protection, High/low voltage cut off, by pass arrangement, single phase preventer. (m) 1st filling of transformer oil to be included by manufacturer. (n) Copper winding for buck - boost transformer (o) Speed of correction not be less than 6v/s between phase & neutral. (p) Lossess-The no load current shall not be more than 5% of rated output current. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA Isolation transformer, 3-Phase, Oil - cooled, copper-wound including first filling of oil of requisite dielectric strength as per IS : 335, unbalance type, Primary -415 V, 3 -wire, 50Hz Delta, Secondary 415 V, 4-wire to be connected in star arrangement, designed for input voltage of 415 Volt, output voltage 415 volt, Input frequency 50 Hz+-3%, dielectric strength 2.5 KV for 60 seconds. Insulation to be more than 1000 Mega Ohms, Impedence Voltage - 3-4% complete all as specified and as directed. M &L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode (600 x 600)mm x 3 mm thick buried direct in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to copper strip (25 X 3) mm by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanized rion and steel all as shown in electrical plate No -3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil and earth work, RCC chamber cover, wire mesh, funnel , test point, GI protection pipes of 32mm dia medium grade, watering pipe of GI 20mm dia medium grade, necessary salt and charcoal etc complete and testing on completion vomplete all as specified and as directed.
